"The food and service at this restaurant were satisfactory. However, the kitchen seemed to be short-staffed, resulting in long wait times for our appetizer and entrees. Unfortunately, we had to have our food wrapped up as we didn't have time to eat there. Upon arriving home, I realized that my order was incorrect. The staff were apologetic and offered complimentary drinks and desserts to make up for the delays. Despite the gesture, I was disappointed that my order was wrong and therefore inedible after waiting for so long. They did offer a discount for a future visit as a consolation."

This was my first time at the new Telio and I’m very happy to see it’s still doing well! Food was yummy and the happy hour deals are good!

What a great experience! The staff was so lovely and made for a great Friday date night. We’ll be back soon— so glad this UWS staple is still in the neighborhood! View menu

Almost comically slow and painful to endure. The meal took over two hours for burgers and drinks. We had to ask for silverware and dishes, repeatedly ask for more drinks and entrees. Really sooooooo slooooooow. The food was okay overall. Food solid C Service D- Overall D

We typically enjoy dining at Telio, but our most recent experience was disappointing. The service from the servers was great, but unfortunately, we waited over 90 minutes for our food. Other patrons who arrived after us received their meals before us, even though we didn't order anything complicated that would require extra time.

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. It was a fantastic local dining experience for us, as it was our first time visiting this new location. We used to frequent the restaurant on Broadway often, but since we moved, we were happy to find that the quality of the food and service remained just as wonderful at the new location. View menu

I’m allergic to dill so couldn’t eat lamb shank ordered because it’s marinated in dill and when i changed to shrimp and scallops couldn’t eat rice that came with it because it was made with dill. I don’t know why there are no plain dishes to add the dill after it is cooked. At least I could have had the rice with the shrimp sauce. I ended up eating orzo with the meat tomato sauce which is quite different from fish sauce when as a side dish to shrimp/scallops. I have to say the waiter was very helpful.

I must say that their portions were a lot bigger than other restaurants I’ve been to, Including their salad which we split between the two of us, and I took some home and their actual meals. Service was a bit spotty. We ordered a salad with pecans and since it didn’t come with them, we told our waiter and it took a while, but two guys came one with walnuts and one with pecans. Our waiter, Matthew, was very helpful. The restaurant was moderately busy, but it took a while after we had our salad before our main course came.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
