"B+ food at A+ prices. Our server knew nothing about beef grading... At a steakhouse... That serves imported wagyu. Our first plate of calamari was burnt and when we got our replacement we were given some ridiculous shpiel(that supposedly came from the chef) about the calamari needing to be cooked longer because it was fresh. It was burnt. Looked burnt. Tasted burnt. I worked in/managed kitchens for years and I understand that mistakes happen but the correct way to fix them is to just apologize and replace the dish. I really didn't appreciate being spoken to like I'm some kind of idiot by a server who has less product knowledge than me about the food at the restaurant she works at. The second plate was cooked correctly. That's all I wanted. Entrees were good, not great. Not worth the price tag. I'm really not the kind of person who bothers leaving bad reviews, but I left this place feeling grifted and insulted."

Sat at the bar and had dinner. Both of us ordered the filet mignon. Prepared to our request and sides of parmesan fries and sauteed spinach was perfect. Did miss having the valet parking though. View menu

Wonderful experience. I hadn’t been here in a quite a while and Johnny remembered me. Our waitress was so helpful and prompt, I adore this place and need to make it a habit of coming more often. 10 stars! Food was delicious! Excellent service.

Had a great dinner at Ten. Parking is pretty simple because their valet service works great there. Our server Kevin was the best….Very knowledgeable, patient, and made some excellent recommendations. We would go again and request Kevin every time. On top of that, food was very good. Nice job Ten!

The service and food was exceptional. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were provided with a secluded seating area with curtains surrounding us. It was a welcomed surprise. We ordered a variety of sushi options, lobster tail, and Waygu beef. Each item was prepared to perfection and mouth waveringly delicious. The server was attentive, charming, and helpful in exploring menu options. I was expecting valet service as it is advertised but was not offered that evening. My husband and I had a reservation for a table but chose to sit at the bar. Kevin, the bartender and his trainee were great! My lemon drop martini was phenomenal. Both entrees were great. The crab oscar I ordered for my filet was a very generous portion and the crab Rangoon sushi roll was one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. Kevin also recommended the banana bread pudding which was out of this world! My only critique was that we did put that it was our wedding anniversary in the reservation notes but I don't think that was communicated. Things happen, no biggie. It was still a great evening.

Went there with a buddy of mine a couple years ago. I can't still taste the wagyu steak . Got the appetizer dish where you cook the delicious perfect looking slices of wagyu on a lava rock. Stone or lava or salt rock either or omg. I had a slice raw the meat melts like buttah in your mouth. Then I got the steak entree with lobster hollandaise sauce I believe, with some cauliflower fried rice. First time having wagyu, real wagyu, and that cauliflower fried rice really tastes like fried rice.i still think of that steak to this day. Good date night spot, cool bar. If you're in Providence. Check this place out for sure.
