"I have been eating in this location for several times, I always order the same: ribs. I like the rice and the fries too. Every time I go or if I order online I was pleased with the food and the service. But last time I went, there was a waitress that eventually gave me attitude. I asked to speak with the manager which I know him before because he took my order to go once and gave me the impression of being very nice. Managers name is Scott, he listened to me and agreed that the situation with the waitress was a misunderstanding and that it was not correct that she gave me attitude. Even though I didn’t ask for anything, Scott wanted to make sure I left happy and I did leave happy. Fortunately Scott was there to fix the waitress mistake. Thank you Scott!"

I arrived at the restaurant late and just wanted something to drink, specifically water. I needed to drive a long distance and most of the stores were already closed. I informed the server (or host, I'm not sure) that I wanted to sit at the bar for a non-alcoholic drink, but it was full. I then requested water and he was very understanding. He quickly brought me a cup of water in a to-go cup at no charge. I gave him all the cash I had, which was less than $2, along with a big smile. Thank you if you are reading this. It's great to have such friendly staff, thank goodness it's Friday!
