you eat at this place is not as good as the in bethesda. I used to be a big fan of cheesecake factory.

The fried zucchini was the best I've ever had. Nick was incredibly laid back and fantastic. Zayn, with his beautiful eyes, will undoubtedly win everyone over, just like Kimberly has already done with her smile. Awesome experience!

It's been a while since my last visit, but it was my first time at a Cheesecake Factory, and I instantly wanted to return. I ordered a chicken and two-colored pasta dish with a creamy sauce that was incredibly delicious and comforting. I enjoyed it so much that I continued to order it until they unfortunately took it off the menu (which I really dislike!). The people-watching experience was outstanding—some people were a bit out there, while others were more normal, but overall, it was a wonderfully quirky mix. Our server, Nick, was fantastic, and Kimberly really impressed me with her service as well. At the entrance, my friend is still smitten with someone who isn’t exactly worth the fuss. I’ve had to tone down my reaction to that wild guy in purple socks. On a side note, the zucchini here is the best I’ve ever tasted. Nick’s laid-back attitude was refreshing, and Zane, with his striking eyes, is sure to charm the world, just like Kimberly’s smile has already done.

Huge menu here so you need time to peruse it. All items have calories beside them !!!! Friendly waiter. Opted for a steak, Korean chicken and a skinny turkey and avocado sandwich. Fries with steak. Food was tasty but it could be hotter. I don 't get Americans not getting hot food to the table as fast as possible??? Steak was large and for a 14yr old who loved it. Fussy sister who is usually not satisfied when she diverts from her usual just loved the Korean Chicken. The skinny sandwich was very tasty. All Flavourful food and huge portion of steak and chicken so doggy bag required. Restaurant was cold so didn 't support us remaining on for cheesecake. Bill $72 dollars.

The Cheesecake Factory features a vast menu that can be a bit overwhelming due to the many choices. Unfortunately, the service at this location left much to be desired. Even though there were plenty of seats available indoors, we were ushered to a less appealing spot near the entrance, right next to large windows. To make matters worse, we weren't offered the usual bread basket. Instead, we were quickly handed menus and urged to place our orders without delay. The waitstaff seemed unfriendly and inattentive. Cheesecake Factory is already overwhelming because of the amount of options on their menu. This particular location was just very different. When we first came in no one greeted us and just kept walking past. We had to walk over to the bartender to be attended to. When sat down at a high table on the bar area and was given a menu. Ten minutes go by and no one still comes to take our order so my bf got up to ask who our waiter is. The bartender explained It would be me. Listen, there were 3 other tables.. our drink over wasn’t even in yet.. but nevertheless. We order everything at the same time so there wouldn’t be any further delay. Another 10 mins go by and we didn’t receive any of their go...

Thank you Ms. Ny for a great late night dining experience!!! You are very professional and an awesome asset to this franchise!!! Note, the pepperoni on the flatbread pizza is somewhat spicy but good. The buffalo blasts are really small in size. In the past, the portion size was more than ample to share this dish. They are not worth $16.00 unless you simply like or love them. They were very good and the minced-like chicken was tender. NOTE, the 2 star rating is due to the very RUDE brown-skin lady who works in the bakery. We had a very disappointing experience at this Cheesecake Factory. We go to Cheesecake Factory about 30 times a year mostly in California, and have had great experiences. This, however, was terrible. They overcooked my hamburger to the point of a hockey puck. The manager was brought over and made us a new one which was still overcooked. After waiting over 1 1/2 hours, he told us he was not charging me for two burgers (even though they messed up the first...I did not even eat two...bizarre). The second night, my dish was great but they messed up my father's fish tacos, and the manager was called over and tried to tell us they did not even though my father has ordered the dish over twenty time...
