"I've had better service. I understand it was a Saturday so it is a busier night, I used to be able to just go on the website and make a reservation, now it has you sign up for there membership In Order to make a reservation. Luckily it's free but still. It took about 5 to 10 after being sat for the waiter to come to the table, I thought it was alittle long but I cut some slack being busy. Friend and I had our meal, was never asked if it was one check separate checks, when it came to desert she was the only one who ordered one, we received one checked we needed separate I finally get the services attention to have him split it, he seemed alittle annoyed that we asked. Coming from working in the restaurant field you always ask, then knowing she's the only one who ordered desert he asked who's tab am I adding the cheesecake on? Uhhhhhhhh the one who ordered it! He didn't have much information when asked if they had certain drinks all we got was, I don't know, never heard of it, we don't have that alcohol so we can't make it, we don't have drinks that other restaurants have, if you want a drink I need you to look up the ingredients and let me know what they are and I'll see if I can do it. Prices have gone up and I'm not sure it's worth the prices now!"

The experience was average. Nothing exceptional. Tea was priced at $4.95. Service was not up to par. Why doesn't The Cheesecake Factory provide a discount for Veterans? This is a legitimate query.

Amazing and tasty gluten-free pasta! I ordered Evelyn's favourite pasta with gluten-free pasta, and it was AMAZING ? and the Louisiana chicken pasta. The chicken was really tasty and flavourfulDietary restrictions: If you are gluten-free, there are a lot of options to choose from.

I previously dined at a Cheesecake Factory and was disappointed by the limited small plate choices. However, during my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see a diverse selection. I ordered the white chicken chili and absolutely enjoyed it. Although my niece and nephew couldn't finish their child-sized meals, there was no issue with taking leftovers home. View menu

On August 26th, around 1:30 PM, my friend and I stopped in the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I only ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad (nothing to drink) that evening I got very sick which lasted til the following morning. Not much to the salad which cost $17.50. I had ptomaine poisoning. I didn't contact the restaurant but my friend and I will never go back. I also realized that we were the only ones in the restaurant!!!!

The wait, despite being in a bustling area, was brief. The service was very attentive without being overwhelming. I always order the Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken. This Cheesecake Factory was unique in that the shrimp had a slight blackened flavor, which was a nice touch! The background music was not too loud, allowing for easy conversation. This was the best experience I've had at a Cheesecake Factory so far! As for parking, we noticed that everything was metered. Who carries coins nowadays?

One of the dishes we ordered was the chicken Madeira and was not well cooked, hopefully my daughter does not get sick. We told the waitress and even that we returned more than half the dish, mostly she ate the mashed potatoes we were not offered a replacement (not we asked for it) but also we were fully charged for it! My boyfriend and I decided to dine at the Cheesecake Factory this past Friday for his birthday celebration. It was my first time there. The lighting is a little dim for my taste but I get that it’s part of the atmosphere. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and timely with our food and drinks. My biggest problem was the cook on the steak. He had asked for medium well and no pink. He got the steak and it was almost red. He sent it back to be cooked more, got it back, no difference. It just put a damper on our meal because then he couldn’t enjoy the rest of what was on his plate. I felt so sad for him. The cheesecake was very good though. I really like this location. Sometimes service can be a bit slow but the servers are always nice anyways and the food comes out quick once the order is placed. I often get slices of cheesecake to-go with a coffee or other beverage and they make sure I have everything I need for both before I leave. One time, late at night, they brewed a freash batch of coffee just for me, I loved it. Us coffee drinkers know how that goes. Iv never had any real issues dining in either.
