"Most of the evening crew are very slow, unprofessional and rude to customers!! For example if they close at 10pm, they start closing at 9:25 to 9:30, bringing the chairs and tables back in and kicking people out who walk in!! Three of the female employees in the evening, act dry and have very nasty attitudes which doesn't help any!! I would rather go back to The Coffee Bean on Sunset even though I don't care for the tight parking lot!"

My local store. No complaints except they run out of food selections sometimes. I'd like to see a couple of protein food selections that don't have cheese. The staff is always friendly and quick.

If there is less than one star thats going to be more reliable, they charged me double one with my gift card which they can not valid it again to me! And second time they misleading me saying the transition does not go through its only asking u for tip or not and when I tap it it takes all amount! Then they say this is the system we can not do anything for you!
