"I've been ordering from this place since moving into my new house. Tonight changed that. I waited an hour for my food and I live 2000 feet from the restaurant. I called and the very nice lady said the driver just left. I waited 15 more minutes. Called back and she said it would be 20 more minutes. I canceled my delivery. They are super nice people. But I would have cooked myself if I had known this."

"The carrots, onions, and peppers on my plate were charred, and the entire dish had a burnt taste. When I called to address the issue, I was told I needed to bring the plate back for a replacement. Since I live outside of town, making that drive would be a significant inconvenience, especially considering the disruption to my workday. I took photos of the meal to show them during my next visit, hoping for a replacement, but that didn’t seem to be an option. I could hear a woman in the background loudly insisting that there was nothing wrong with the food, and trying to eat the burnt meal only reinforced my decision to try the new Asian restaurant in town next time I want this kind of cuisine. All they needed to do was resolve the issue. I’ve been a customer for years, but I won’t be returning."

"Try to not post negative experiences, this has been our go to for seafood for awhile. But today it was awful!! I had gotten through drinking a half glass of tea when a opened cracker pack, minus the crackers of course, floated to the top. Sickening at its best. You know it had been on a table where someone opened it, then the bus boy cleaned the table. How in the h-ll do you not see that when it is supposedly going through a wash?? The young waiter was apologetic and said he usually checks the glasses but did not this time. Brought me a new glass. Said he told the manager.......offered us a brownie!!!!!!!! And took 2 teas off of our meal. We are a nice older couple but expected a little more than a brownie and 2 teas deducted for such a unacceptable experience for what we are paying for food these days. And, today the seafood was not as good as it usually has been in the past. Cold and greasy. Our last time going here."

"This is a local historical diner. Its been here for decades and has maintained its client base. It should not be compared to national restaurant chains. Food is cooked and served with love! I am particularly in love with Greek Omlette and Greek Skillet dishes as a vegetarian. Robin is my favorite server there! I have noticed that they all are very friendly, efficient, and helpful to everyone. The parking lot is often full so you do have to get creative sometimes, but its worth it!"
