"TFE succeeded in moving their location to 4138 Ridgemont (Lowes) a few years back always a risky decision in the restaurant business. Their breakfast menu still has many variations, with some interesting creations. For example, one variation is Eggs Benedict on an avocado base, instead of on an English muffin (pictured below). The restaurant interior is not creative, however, being stark and mundane. As a breakfast restaurant, expect to pay premium prices for very good breakfast fare. On weekends, you can also expect to wait up to 30 minutes to be seated, which is evidence of the coming good breakfast. The service friendly, yet oblivious that it’s okay to supply replacement utensils as required without being asked."

Actually working with a skeleton crew, so you had to seat yourself. Not a big deal. Super quick service, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and hustling. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Cute place. The cinnamon roll pancake plate was delicious.

We visited Abilene for a few days and found this place while looking for a breakfast spot. We loved it so much that we returned the following day. The breakfast was so delicious and the servers were friendly and efficient. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table but we were willing to wait because the food is that good. Our favorite thing we ordered was the peanut butter/chocolate chip pancakes

I’m not sure where to start with this restaurant! The atmosphere is really pleasant, and I was thrilled to discover this hidden gem. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful—her service was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for more. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. As for the food, it was fantastic! The pancakes were delicious, and the bacon and sausage links were equally great. I only wish there was a location closer to me. I highly recommend checking this place out; you won't regret it!
