What a delightful hidden gem in Samson! I received a recommendation to try a fantastic place, and that place is The Ginger Root. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the Chicken Piccata was tender and bursting with flavor. And those biscuits—delicious! I could have eaten a dozen since they were so small! Haha!
