"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, which offers a wonderful array of healthy food options, including salads, wraps, and flatbreads. The staff were incredibly friendly. When I called to inquire about indoor dining, I was informed that they don’t have it, but they do have a lovely patio. I was pleasantly surprised. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed our meal outside under the trees. I ordered the Za'atar chicken bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—satisfying without leaving me feeling overly stuffed. Plus, I got 25% off with a coupon I found in a magazine. I will definitely be returning!"

I'm definitely coming back! The food is really fresh, and the lemon basil dressing is delicious! The customer service is excellent, and there are tasty combinations as well as options to create your own dishes.

The portion sizes and variety of options are excellent. I ordered the Caesar salad with extra toppings, and it was delicious, with just the right amount of dressing. The total came to $18. Dietary note: KETO FRIENDLY.

Incredible food—when you can actually get it! The wedge fries and salads are absolutely fantastic, but the hours are so inconvenient that we can rarely pick up anything. If Green Spot could adjust their hours, they'd definitely become our top choice!

I really enjoy this place for a healthy meal. I always order the Baja bowl and the roasted potatoes are fantastic. The seating is limited, and my only downside is that the wait can be quite long during lunchtime. I would also love to see them open for dinner! View menu

This place is like a tender greens and kind of like a Mendocino Farms anyway, it’s definitely on par. It’s definitely amazing and it’s definitely a value for what you get. I do think this is my new favorite spot. It’s like a chipotle for salads and wraps : but better for you!

The food here is so so. Our work caters it for lunch sometimes and it can be a hit or miss. The harvest bowl is meh, the chicken is dry and the ingredients don't really even put when it's mixed. The Greek salad is good. The Baja steak bowl is good. It's def not a fav lunch spot.

My new favorite salad place in San Diego! You can build your own salad and they have an amazing amount of toppings and sauces! Usually salads don't fill me up but the sizes here are huge! I couldn't finish it! Employees are very kind and prices are reasonable! Will be coming back for sure! View menu

This is your standard salad and bowl shop. They offer a $10 discount on your first order if you use their app. We made our own salads and bowls, choosing grilled tofu. The Caesar salad dressing was the best of the three we sampled. Just a tip: be sure to grab your dressings when you pick up your order to avoid having to make a second trip like I did. I found that my rainbow bowl lacked flavor until I added salt; without it, the only taste was from the tangy dressing. If you're looking to eat healthy, this is a fantastic option to consider.

"Soichi is not our first Omakase experience, but it is the first one in San Diego that we have had. And what an amazing experience it was!Getting a reservation is key, especially if you want the bar. Our server was Marlon, and we told him we had just moved to SD and were celebrating our engagement anniversary. He was SO friendly and a willing conversationalist; we talked about everything from Ratatouille to the skeletal systems of the fish he was preparing. Not only that but Soichi himself also conversed with us and served us a little bit of sake. What a personality! Great presence, but humble and easy to talk to. The staff was amazing at welcoming us, taking care of us, and making sure we were enjoying our meal at every step. But if the staff was anything to appreciate, the food was even more spectacular. My husband and I have been together since college, so we’ve eaten Omakase in the Bay Area and Japan, but Soichi served us one of the best Omakase experiences on the West Coast. Our favorites were their black throated sea perch, amberjack, scallop, shrimp and fried shrimp head! , salmon, trigger fish, and golden eye red snapper; the snapper is so renowned that they sell a t-shirt of it, which we bought because we enjoyed it so much. All of the ingredients were presented beautifully — check the photos of you don’t believe me. But in addition to that, the fish was very fresh and prepared thoughtfully. The Omakase menu lets you really appreciated everything the seas of Japan have to offer. We paid for the $150 full experience, but added on two flights of sake $28 each flight for 3 different sakes and 4 additional nigiris each. It was a full meal! But we were so pleased with the service and care and quality of food that we ended up hanging around until we were the last customers in the restaurant. Soichi, this was our first visit but not our last.Big thanks to Lorena, Marlon, and Soichi himself for making tonight as special as it was. Our engagement anniversary could not have been better spent. Hoping to come back soon!"
