"I have only gone in this business 2 or 3 times since it has changed management from the first owner. I have been unhappy with the service and the food, The ambiance was there before they took over. The first time I went back in They forgot my order. Everyone else was taken care of. They had to come and ask what my order was again AFTER they had finished filling everyone else's orders in the store. I had already waited over 15 minutes and I'm sorry to say that the food wasn't even worth eating. The next time I came in I was the only person in the store. I had to yell to see if they were even open. I asked for a plain bagel. Waited about 10 minutes for my burnt bagel with so much cream cheese on it I could have had cream cheese for at least 4 bagels. Had to throw that out also. Who likes burned bagels? I will not be going here again. It is not worth the money or the effort."

The atmosphere was comforting, while eating my Hot link sandwich. It arrived hot and freshly prepared with a touch of supreme taste!! I would reccomend people try the hot link sandwich! By far the best tasting and welcoming restaurant I've experienced. The bagel was soft and ingredients top notch. Not only was Tiffany very welcoming the place and establishment felt warm and full of love. I personally, was having a challenging morning and just being in this home type environment turned my day around. My fiancee and I had the sausage and bacon bagel that was savory, delicious and a morning meal that was made with alot of love.
