The Human Bean - Menu

Great coffee and staff. Only one complaint, I wish they blended their frozen drinks more thoroughly. Everytime I order a blended drink it's chunky and big pieces of ice get stuck in the straw.

Great spot to relax that isn't Starbucks. The coffee is excellent (way better than Starbucks), the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. I rated it four stars mainly because the interior design feels a bit corporate and unremarkable.

I like the place like you like a Starbucks .. nos pastries just nagels and what ever that look like a cookie a d their hot coco is sweet and no strengh chocolat taste.. but at list you can seat down and enjoy the music and surf the web on your phone. View menu

The coffee is overpriced, similar to Starbucks, but it feels more like a small, family-run shop. The worst part is that they were aware their restroom hadn't been flushing for days and still didn’t fix it or put up an out-of-order sign. That’s really unacceptable.

Sophia, Aubrey, Tessa, Samantha, Brooke, and every other amazing team member we haven’t met yet—we absolutely love you all! When did HB start hiring such rude and impatient employees? I visited the Keizer location around 7:30 PM on October 30, and my experience through the drive-thru was disappointing. The young woman who served me was not only rude but also seemed impatient when I took too long to decide on my muffin order. She was unfriendly, didn't smile, and didn’t even say thank you. I used to enjoy going to HB regularly, but lately, I’ve been frequenting Starbucks instead. I found a five-dollar credit and thought, "Why not give HB another try?" I've visited this particular Bean location several times, and I've noticed it's larger than most, featuring a drive-thru and a displayed menu. While the prices aren't clearly listed, the baristas are generally friendly and will provide information if you ask. I don't go for these drinks often since I'm not a big coffee fan and usually don't have the budget for it. However, when I do treat myself and they get my unique drink just right, it truly makes me feel overjoyed and sets a positive tone for my day! I really appreciate having a bit of conversation with my drink, and during my latest visit, my barista was exceptionally friendly and engaging. It's such a delight to encounter a warm smile...
