"The restaurant was not accommodating to my special requests, despite them being simple and easy. The staff member, Kylie, who took our order was rude from the beginning, making my family feel like a bother. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and each time the service has gotten worse. Despite receiving poor service, I still left a tip out of empathy as I understand what it's like to work in customer service. I was overcharged $7 for a single shot on two occasions, and on another visit, I was charged correctly but the drink was terrible. When I asked for a different drink, I was told I would have to pay $7 again. Kylie refused to do anything to rectify the situation and the conversation ended there. I ended up throwing the drink away as it was inedible and left the restaurant feeling upset. As a barista at another coffee shop and someone who is starting my own coffee business, I have learned from this experience on how not to treat customers. Thank you, Local Moose, for the lesson."

I don't know if anyone has said this yet but this place doesn't exist anymore. It looks like it was renamed/ bought out. View menu

One of the best restaurants I've been to in Manch. Their coffee is roasted in-house and sandwiches are fresh tasty. Highly recommend this spot.

Cute little place. The menu is small, but the food is good. They always have a couple of gluten free options in the pastry case as well. I was surprised take a summer hiatus. Parking in back usually has a spot for me. This little business is really worth supporting, imo. View menu

I have always loved this restaurant. They support local businesses and offer a unique twist on traditional breakfast dishes. The coffee is roasted on site, the breakfast sandwiches are made from scratch using local ingredients, and they offer a variety of both traditional and unique pastries and donuts. What inspired me to write this review? I recently tried the best breakfast burrito of my life here. It was so delicious and a perfect way to start my day. I am now a lifelong customer.

We stopped here for breakfast and coffee in July 2022. I ordered a hot dirty chai with oat milk. I personally prefer a sweeter chai, and this Chai had more of a traditional, earthy, chai flavor, however the coffee and milk was clearly high quality. Our breakfast food was also great. We were most impressed by the freshness of the bread. My avocado toast had the perfect ratio of salt to avocado. We also tried a maple bacon donut which we agreed was one of the best donuts we'd ever had. Overall atmosphere is cute, quaint, and sustainable. My only minor complaint is I felt prices were slightly inflated, however given the high quality ingredients this may be justified.

"Another excellent meal at Cotton. We've been times now and they've all been noteworthy experiences. We were seated immediately, there was a bit of a delay before Summer, our server, arrived but not long. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, excellent service throughout. We started with drinks, a local beer from Abel Ebenezer and a peach and orange blossom Cosmo, which arrived in a timely manner. For an appetizer we had the Tuna Tataki which was superb. A perfect, light, blend of savory, sweet, and spicy with succulent tender seared tuna. For an entree I had the Delmonico steak, cooked medium rare at the chefs recommendation and my wife had the Atlantic Salmon. My steak was the first expensive steak I've had in years that measured up. The mushroom red wine sauce was a perfect pairing and only enhanced the flavor of the meat. It was cooked perfectly and the carrots and mashed potatoes were a tasty surprise of bright flavors. My wife's salmon was cooked perfectly as well. Flaky and moist. It's served with sweet corn and potato gnocchi and baby tomatoes. A delicious sweet compliment to the creamy herb butter on the fish. For dessert we enjoyed a rich dark chocolate torte (flour less but apparently not gluten free and the dolce freddo, a pistachio gelato with raspberry remoulade and pistachios on top. The torte was decadent and too rich to finish after such a great meal so we brought half home. I was staggered at the amount of gelato and didn't finish mine either, though it unfortunately wouldn't survive the ride home. Overall, the meal was fantastic and I would do it exactly the same all over again. It's worth noting that this was a very expensive meal. Including another beer we just barely missed by mere cents before tip. Worth every penny in my opinion"
