"Hosts were not welcoming on arrival. Had to wait to be greeted and then when finally acknowledged I said I made a reservation for 2 for outside dining it was a very lackluster interaction. Our table was also not set when we sat down and we didn't get our silverware till after we had to ask because the food came. The waiter was ok and was pleasant but slow; not very attentive. Not the restaurants fault but was also an obnoxious group eating by us who was cursing and being loud and didn't care that a few families were dining with small children nearby."

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and serves delicious food and drinks. The only downside was a large, noisy group of guests talking loudly across the length of the table, which slightly diminished the experience.

I highly recommend The Madison for your catering needs. Their team set up everything for my baby shower and the brunch food (french toast, eggs, bacon, home fries, mini sandwiches, and fruit salad) was a hit! Amanda was helpful throughout the process.

Food drinks were great, but waitress didn't write down our order my dinner came out incorrect. The rest of the party began eating I had to wait for mine. She also didn't refill our water pitcher. Not the end of the world, but kinda annoying. Maybe offer a free drink while a wait? My husband said the pork sandwich was the best one he's ever had!

Madison Bar Grill is always a reliable choice for a delicious meal and excellent service. We decided to visit for Mother's Day brunch and we were very happy with our choice. Everything we ordered, from the eggs Benedict and French toast to the pasta salad and pastries, was delicious. Our toddler especially enjoyed the strawberries and chocolate fountain. The staff went out of their way to make Mother's Day feel truly special.
