"I'm giving this place 4 stars because the Avocado Toast i ordered was pretty sad. It was a thin slice of bread with a scant amount of avocado on top with some seasoning and Arugula. Not worth the price or the time it took to wait for it. But the coffee was really good! I ordered an Oatmilk Macchiato and it was one of the best I've ever had. Perfect. Inside it is pretty open with lots of light, so if you need to study or meet some friends for coffee it is a good spot. I wouldn't call it cozy, but it is clean and bright so if that's what you're looking for then this is the spot. The lady behind the counter was nice and she didn't mind taking the time to explain a few items on the menu. This spot is away from the crowded area of the city so parking was not a problem."

Atmosphere/vibe 5 stars, food 4 stars Great great spot. Awesome interior/atmosphere, killer rooftop. Thought the food was pretty good. Stretch calling a tortilla a pizza.

Ive been going here for years and they always do it right! You cant go wrong with the smoothie bowls and they have great entree dishes as well. Definitely go here if youre looking for a quick healthy bite.

The Pit and the Peel is always a refreshing stop on a hot day! I love the house açaí bowl. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is casual, clean, and welcoming. One of my favorite dependable spots in town.

Went to the rooftop area around 5pm. Ordered food and drink. Smoothie was good, but the beer we ordered had a bb date that was over 9 months past. Trash receptacles were overflowing and needed emptying. Margarita flatbread pizza was overdone burnt on all edges. Rest of food was just so so. Not planning to go back again. View menu

Truly insidious ? Hands down the worst restaurant in the city. $13.35 for a tiny smoothie that’s not natural, organic or anything special. just bananas orange juice and whey powder (which is their only protein option) for 13.35 have found an entire un blended banana in my smoothie twice, got a bagel sandwich that was dripping in like…. Vegetable oil? It was inedible. I usually only leave positive reviews but this place lowkey needs to be stopped ?

Ordered the house bowl through GrubHub. Five minutes after I ordered, I picked it up at the Main St location. Tell me why, when I get home (which is another 5 minutes) it's smoothie soup... For 12 dollars I would hope it's made thick! I've had smoothies and smoothie bowls here before and they were good, not sure what happened?I guess this is a good thing because now I will buy all of the ingredients for about the same price as a bowl and make a bunch myself now.

cute place to hangout! i?ve only ever gotten the smoothie bowls from here and they?re alright. the base of the bowl is pretty average so the toppings really matter. i don?t recommend the house bowl though. it?s simply not balanced and it?s not that great for it being a best seller. could be improved by either getting smaller chocolate chips or by drizzling the peanut butter rather than the large scoop. my friend tried their pizza and said the flavor wasn?t bad but it was View menu

Got the peanut butter cup smoothie. Didn't taste much like peanut butter and was very icey. My three friends also got smoothies and they were also icey. You shouldn't have to chew a smoothie. Especially not for more than 10 dollars. The cold case was empty which is surprising considering it's a Saturday and it should definitely be stocked during business hours. The staff is all college students who aren't very welcoming. I gave this place another shot, but I won't be back unfortunately.

They have changed the entire menu. I literally came here a week ago and returned today and they had changed the menu yet again within one week. There is no consistency. I always get the house bowl and add an extra scoop of penut butter they used to scoop the penut butter and now they put a tiny drizzle on. ALiteral drizzle instead of scoops and charge you the same for it. I asked for more and was told no sorry we just changed it again idk why but that’s what we are doing now. It’s just getting ridiculous the Cary town one used to be so good too and went downhill and closed. I have a feeling this one is on the same track.

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to say I was very disappointed in my dining experience at Adarra. It’s difficult to get a reservation there, so once I was able to, I had extremely high expectations. The drinks were excellent, so no complaints there. The food, however, was not. We ordered the toasted almonds, peppers, cheese plate, tuna belly, anchovy dish, tomato salad, and gnocchi. The almonds and peppers were good, although I have to say they were on the simpler side. The tuna belly made me think I was eating quality tuna from a can soaked in olive oil. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was a bit tough and on the dry side, and I didn’t finish it. I don’t usually eat anchovies since I’m not a fan of the typical fishy taste, but was assured that their version wasn’t fishy at all the way they prepare it. I ate a piece or two but couldn’t finish it. Soaking the anchovies in olive oil did not hide the fishy taste. Some people may like that fishy taste, but I definitely didn’t. The cheese plate was okay. The crackers weren’t anything special, and the amount of cheese was pretty minuscule. The tomato salad was actually the only thing I ordered that was delicious, and the only thing we actually finished. After being at the restaurant for almost two hours, the gnocchi had still not come out. We told our waitress we didn’t want it and decided to leave. I heard so many great things about Adarra and had such high hopes. But after such a disappointing meal that we paid over $200 for, we will not be returning."
