they have a delivery ruber that also makes eating. he came from a supplier order, put on gloves and took my job. I immediately told him he can wash the hands, he got crazy and started talking without reason. they need more training in customer service!

I recently ordered a Buffalo chicken slice, but what I received was a slice of cheese with old Buffalo chicken on top for $5. I spent $10 since I ordered two slices! I expected to get my order right, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. This will definitely be my last visit.

It's truly disappointing to see what's happened here. The older gentleman who had been working for several years either fell ill or retired, and I believe he lives upstairs. Unfortunately, the quality, presentation, and portion sizes have all significantly declined. It’s just not the same anymore. I hope he’s well enough to come back and help retrain the staff. Extra bacon used to guarantee an incredible BLT, but that’s no longer the case. The sandwiches are now prepared rather poorly, and the cooking times for the pasta often result in cold shells and meatballs.
