"I brought my four nieces to this restaurant for a Christmas luncheon. The service was quite slow, and they didn't check on us or refill our glasses while we waited for our food. The restaurant was cold, as they had turned off the heat the day before our visit. The wait staff, with the exception of the hostess and a bartender, were not very friendly. Despite the good food, I found it uncomfortable and emailed the managers about my experience. Unfortunately, I never received a response, so I will not be returning. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area with good food and better service. It's a shame that this restaurant did not care to address my concerns."

We had Christmas Eve dinner at The Ted Lion. We were a large group of 12 for the late seating. Dinner was delicious and our waitress was cheerful and accommodating for even some food allergies and menu adjustments during a cold weather late night Christmas Eve. We enjoyed it very much.

I wish there were restaurants in Louisville that served food this delicious. It's definitely worth the drive. We plan to return at least once a week. They have a wide variety of options for picky eaters with dietary restrictions, and are very accommodating with adjustments. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with great options for all ages.
