"I'm glad I discovered this charming little Jamaican restaurant in Downtown Miami. They offer generous portions for your money, which is especially valuable these days! I ordered a small portion of oxtails, and it was enough for two people, so I can't even imagine how large the bigger portion must be! The meat was incredibly tender and practically fell off the bone, which is a big plus. The staff was also very friendly. My only concern was that both the oxtails and cabbage were a bit too salty (the meal comes with oxtails, steamed cabbage, rice and peas, and plantains). I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because of the extra salt. If they reduce the saltiness, I’ll definitely come back and give them a 5! I plan to visit again in a couple of weeks and will keep you all updated. Thanks!"

I have to be honest—I’ve been searching for a fantastic Jamaican restaurant, and I can confidently say this one is the best I’ve ever had. It truly brings me back to my roots! Please pay no attention to those negative reviews; they’re just resentful that such a delicious restaurant has opened nearby! You will not be disappointed! Just look at how full my takeout box is, and my girlfriend’s too—no pun intended! Trust me, this place deserves all the stars; it’s the best spot around! Jamaica Corner!!!

From the bottom of my heart, please go and visit this place. My partner and I were strongly recommended to stop by sometime, and wow. The owners, Tony and Wendy, are the sweetest people I have met in a very long time! Wendy is such a kind a loving lady who made us feel extremely at home. The food was just outstanding; we both had an oxtail/jerk chicken combo with everything included. The plantain is superb, and it was our first proper time trying Jamaican food. If you are hesitant about whether a drive to downtown is worth it, it absolutely is!
