"I felt a bit nickeled-and-dimed, and it seems they may prefer to do this rather than ensure the extra meat is actually added to the entrees. I've paid cash this time, and since I usually order online, I hadn't noticed this issue before after countless orders over the past three years. Lesson learned. It’s disappointing because this place used to offer great value, quality, and generous portions. I hope they find success in the future, as they were once exceptional. The steak quality has declined too; it now seems to be tough blade or bottom round cuts instead of top sirloin. For college students or those on a tight budget, it might still be a decent option, but for everyone else, I recommend dining at Koji instead."

This was the worst sushi experience I've ever had! The rice was overcooked, lacked stickiness, and fell apart. Additionally, the sushi pieces were cut too big. I tried their Yum Yum/Spicy Mayo sauce for dipping, but it was thick and seemed to be filled with cooked ginger or something pinkish. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning – I rate it a -1000/10.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cleanliness was a major issue; the ladies' restroom was extremely dirty, with mold around the toilet seat. The floor of the restaurant was sticky and not well-maintained. They also mentioned they didn't have cups available, so I couldn't get a glass of water. I informed the staff that I was dining in, but they still served my food in takeout containers that were stacked up. There were only two young staff members, and they spent their time on their phones instead of attending to customers. I won’t be returning, especially since the food was just average.
