The pizza is delicious, and the entrees are quite satisfying. The delivery service is fast, and the location is easy to access.

Only recently discovered this gem! Got a bacon and onion pizza the first time and it was delicious. The bacon was crispy (not flabby) and the bottom of the pie was crunchy without being overcooked. Tonight we tried the chicken parm sub with vodka sauce and it made my taste buds very happy! Friendly staff. Will definitely be a returning customer! View menu

Customer service is over the top. Owner took the time to explain why reheating raw mushrooms for one slice of pizza wasn?t safe. He took the time to show me how he makes eggplant pizza which I never heard of. He brought the cooked eggplant from the kitchento show me how they make it. The smell of his homemade Italian bread is amazing. Don?t miss this place on your travels.

The customer service here is exceptional. The owner took the time to explain why it wasn't safe to reheat raw mushrooms for a single slice of pizza. He even showed me how he prepares eggplant pizza, which I had never heard of before. He brought out the cooked eggplant from the kitchen to demonstrate the process. The pizza at this place is amazing. I've been living in Hamden for a long time, and a friend recently introduced me to it, leaving me genuinely impressed. Since then, I've been coming at least twice a week! There's a gentleman who works during the day—I'm not sure if he’s the owner—but his customer service is outstanding. I can’t help but recommend this spot to everyone! If you stop by for a slice, I guarantee you’ll want to come back for the biggest pizza box they offer! View menu

While we were biking, my wife and I decided to take a quick break to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed a slice of pizza and some fried mozzarella sticks before resuming our ride. This place is fantastic, with a friendly staff and a convenient location right on the trail. If you're biking to New Haven, I highly recommend stopping by—it's perfect for a snack or a full meal, as they offer a complete menu. We've visited a few times and have always met kind people in the area. It's a great spot to relax and recharge.

Amazing pizza. I always think about picking up a pie but then I remember that they don’t have a 18 inch pie. The difference between a 16 vs 18 inch is equivalent to an 8 inch pizza extra so it’s a big deal breaker. An 18 inch is a real large size and I think they should offer it even if they label it as “extra large”. If they did this I’m sure more people including myself would order more. Their next size up is a party size which is way too big. For 2-3 people, a 16 is too small and it’s way too costly to order a 16 inch and a 10 inch. For the meantime, I will stick to their slices. Amazing pizza. Very NY style pie.

My family and I order from this restaurant regularly. Every employee I have had the pleasure of dealing with, every delivery driver who?s dropped off an order- all have been extremely nice and considerate. Every single item on the menu is absolutely delicious, if you tell them you want your item done a certain way they will remember the next time you request it! It?s the little things that make toninos unlike any other restaurant in Hamden. I feel that if no other restaurant existed I wouldn?t care as long as toninos still delivered orders.
