"The restaurant is inside of Hilton Airport in West Palm Beach right next to the lobby. It’s big place and spacious bar. The staff were very welcome and friendly! Brandon accommodate us gave informations and serve as well! They are lucky to have him there! The just lunched the new menu with more variety of appetizers, entrees, ribs desert. Which will good for the place since inside of the hotel. Anyway I wish the best for them, I know they have invested a lot to provide the best for the clients and keep up with the reputation. It’s worth to give them a try! But keep in mind it’s casual and more every day dinning."

we've been keeping in mind, they never reported a gas question to me. they were not in a position, the normal entree selections. it was too late to meet other arrangements so we ate pizza.

Perhaps the worst culinary experience I've ever had. They had not listed a lot of wines on the drinks menu. The ribs were dry and everything was terribly salted. So disappointing! Had very nice memories of Tony Romas years ago, but will never go back.

The menu falsely advertised the onion ring loaf that was traditionally offered by Tony Roma’s. We drove for miles to experience this once renowned restaurant. The ribs were dry, and there were no onion rings loaves on the menu. A complete and utter disappointment. View menu

Ambiance was very bad. The bartender was our waiter, Brandon, who was very good. Very peculiar cleaning smell which caused us to move our table, to no avail. What is worse is that Waiter said other patrons were aware of ii before we got there. Nothing done by management so why would we go back?

We have gone to this Tony Roma many times and have always been satisfied. The baby back ribs, which are usually delicious, were very overcooked and dry. Unfortunately, our waitress did not come back to check that we could not send the ribs back. So we ate them as they were and were not happy with the meal. I hope that was a aberration. We will try again, as their ribs are usually large.
