"The food was delicious, the chef did an excellent job. The server was great, very attentive and nice. I ordered the half soup/half sandwich which was delicious. When I got served, I noticed I had the whole sandwich, so the server mentioned that the chef decided to give me the whole because he didn't want to throw the other half away. Totally understandable and I'm grateful he did because I overestimated the size of the plate. With the whole sandwich and half the soup, I can say that I feel just satisfied. I truly believe that because the chef gave me the other half, I felt content. It got awkward when one of the staff said out loud that the chef quit his job because he got b at for giving away free food. Referring to my other half of the sandwich. That's disgusting because I can see his logic on why not just please the customer instead of throwing the food for closing. Were they going to save another half for the next day's customer?? I would prefer to eat elsewhere if the staff isn't being take care of."

We had some high hope for this place because we kept passing by and wanting to visit. But sadly it was not great. First the the chicken fried steak was good but the breading kept falling off. The egg had no kind of seasoning same goes for the hash browns. The toast had too much butter on it that it dropped off. The avocado toast was not toasted and got soggy. The eggs again wastasteless. The only thing I liked from it was the avocado and the tomato. We will give this place another try maybe in anotheryear. View menu

my man and I began to come here when they opened and at first enjoyed the place (I ripped their blts during pregnancy), but our youngest visits were so terrible. our last visit, we sat, waited 15 minutes to take our bethany drinks orders. after another 15mins we had not yet our drinks, as the waiters continue to pass our table and do not recognize us. I understand that they were somewhat busy, but there are possibilities to deal with the situation to ensure a good customer service. we decided to let bethany know. no sincere apologies, just saw us get out of the dig. it's a pity because the owner is nice, eating is good, and we really had hoped to have a start for us and our daughters. someth...

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
