"I want to state of by saying this has nothing to do with the food food has been always will be at 100% delicious. However customers service need some work. I called to put in a phone order and was told that it could only be completed if I gave my card information over the phone. I was shocked because the other location in Laveen allows for phone order to be placed and paid for at pick up. This lack of uniform policy make it very inconvenient customers. Please note. !!!!!!!!"

This is good fast food that doesn’t lose a lot of the quality of authentic Mexican food. A lot of the drinks are made from real fruit, and their pastries and ice creams are good. Their torta cubana does not taste like the authentic Tortas Cubanas. View menu

4 tacos carnitas was pretty good. The salsa that came with it wasn't spicy at all. I agree with other posters the menu is too much. No music or much ambience. It's not a 3 star place though its clean and relatively well run... next time I would ask for spicier salsa

I have enjoyed everything I've tried at Paquime; I believe it's a great choice. The service can be a bit slow at times, likely because they seem to be understaffed. However, the staff that is present works quickly. The aguas are incredibly refreshing, and they also offer Mexican pan dulce (sweet bread). Overall, I give the food a 5/5.
