"Corning, NY, has plenty of traditional fare, but finding some great snacks can be a bit of a challenge! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had a falafel bowl/salad that was freshly made and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed sitting by the window, and even though the place wasn’t crowded, it had a nice atmosphere. My only minor disappointment was that the tea I had after my meal as I was leaving was lukewarm. It’s puzzling how a place with such a fun vibe, happy staff, and tasty, somewhat complex food can overlook something like hot water. Nevertheless, I will definitely be back!"

This restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options. While there are meat dishes available for those who eat meat, they seem to be a secondary consideration. They have a separate salad menu for $9, featuring plenty of ingredient choices. The falafel is delicious, and the warm Buddha bowls are excellent. Plus, the salad bowls are quite generous in size!

I frequently order the Fish Taco Bowl once a week since I work night shifts. The delivery and preparation are incredibly quick, the food is scrumptious, and the portion sizes are generous! One bowl can easily last me the whole day. The quality of the food is consistently excellent! I highly recommend giving the Fish Taco Bowl a try. I only wish I could rate this place even higher!

My partner and I stopped by this restaurant while exploring Market Street, and we were delighted by the experience! The shop has a charming, unique vibe, and the owner is incredibly friendly. They offer a delicious vegan option on the menu, and the "build your own salad" feature is fantastic — you can choose as many ingredients as you like for a set price! All the vegetables were remarkably fresh, which is impressive for mid-December. We will definitely be returning regularly!

The salads here are gigantic and absolutely amazing. You have the option to create your own salad with an extensive selection of vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, avocado, and a variety of dressings. They grill the tofu fresh and serve it alongside your salad. Many menu items are both vegan and gluten-free. Prices are quite reasonable. The decor has a fun, hippie vibe. These are definitely the best salads in Corning. They also offer hummus, falafel, and other Greek dishes. It's the perfect spot for lunch after exploring the Corning Museum of Glass.
