"You have to try the mac and cheese with bacon. The portion for a side is huge—about the size of a football—while a regular order is as big as a basketball, according to my server Sam. I'm usually quite picky when it comes to food, but I participated in a mac and cheese crawl in NYC about 15 years ago, and if this dish was part of it, it would have undoubtedly taken first place. I decided to come here tonight after the hotel manager recommended it, mentioning their gourmet mac and cheese. I responded, "Now you're speaking my language!" Honestly, it's the BEST mac and cheese I've ever had. My child and I shared one order, and we still have HALF of it left! I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it more often."

One of the best mushroom and Swiss burger I’ve ever had. My wife claims the best thing I cook is mushrooms and even she said the burgers here had mushrooms as good as mine. I have spent three nights in Corning and I have gone to Mooneys all three nights because it’s so good! The lobster Mac and Cheese, shrimp Mac and cheese, and the nachos are all great. If they are busy just go up the stairs to the left and see if there’s a seat at the bar, even on busy nights you can usually find a seat there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent, creating a pleasant and inviting environment. However, the service left much to be desired, as the staff was not as attentive or friendly as one would hope. As for the food, it was decent but didn’t quite stand out. I do recommend trying the tacos – they were the highlight of the meal and worth ordering!
