"Our family spent 8 days in Pietra. We ate Caruggi twice, would have gone a third time. Very friendly and accommodating (daughter wanted a simple spaghetti pomodoro no problem). The food tastes great and the prices are in line. Pasta with seafood, small homemade gnocchi with shrimp and zucchini, ravioli…something for everyone. They also offer seafood paella, minimum 2 people and allow 45 minutes. Recommend also the house white wine and french fries/homemade potatoes for a hungry family starter. All food and the bill served in a timely manner. Note, menus also in English and German"

Me and my husband had dinner there last week. We found it on internet and wanted to try. Surprise surprise everything was right: delicious fresh fish, good relaxed service, romantic ambience and staff courtesy. Also coffe was good. Surely recommend it.

La cena è stata un vero e proprio viaggio culinario. Antipasto misto di pesce davvero piacevole e soddisfacente, lo stesso vale per la grigliata di pesce che ha saputo confermare le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente il ristorante, rapporto qualità prezzo giusto!

Sono una pietra, nata e cresciuta qui. così facendo il “turista” a casa mia mi rende esigente e molto critico per i turisti locali. Beh, devo dire che e' un posto fantastico, anche per un locale. prezzi giusti, non economici ma anche esagerati e di alta qualità. soprattutto ho trovato cortesia e professionalità, e coloro che frequentano la Liguria sanno quanto bene questo non sia preso. nel centro storico di pietra ligure c'è un'ottima trattoria: il trattore caruggi. Si tratta di un piccolo ristorante dove è possibile ottenere deliziosi piatti di pesce. Io torno sempre molto volentieri, per mangiare un bel piatto di spaghetti con vongole, o taglia mare e montagne al cartoccio. perfetto anche antipasti, delizioso, o una porzione abbondante di fritto misto. personale cordiale e servizio impeccabile.

Spectacular Mediterranean food wonderful service with lots of smiles. 2 adults, 2 hungry teenagers, starters, main courses, bottle of wine, grapas, deserts, soft drinks etc. and paid 145€. We ate there twice and explored the menu, meat, seafoods, salads, dried meats and cheese plates for starters, everything was simply delicious. Best restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of eating in, in a very long time…. Book in advance.
