Great and fresh exceptional customer service in-out.

It should be pointed out that this location is more for the UIC students because I was unable to purchase food due to the fact that I didn’t have my ID, also parking sucks.

You don't have to be a student to go there you just need your ID. The smoothies were good and the food was good, I will definitely go back. One thing to note this location does not accept coupons View menu

I wanted to use the Tmobile Tuesday offer to get the free 24 oz smoothie to try the place. Maybe to buy for the future but they didn't allow it. This was my closest location. So I'm not sure where to go now.

This is my go-to spot for lunch and smoothies. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous, and the service is quite quick. They are also very accommodating for kids, always preparing smaller smoothies for my daughter, which are just right for her.

These owners put a job ad out on indeed. I set up an interview and arrived on time period. After a 1/2 hour I left without them showing up. Not a phone call not an email. That is very unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. The employee who was working around 3 PM on Friday, April 28th, was unhelpful and gave me a strange look instead of greeting me properly. They didn't have any of the new drinks available, and they couldn't accept my free smoothie coupon. It left me wondering what the purpose of this Tropical Smoothie was, so I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

**The Bad:** - They completely got my order wrong. I went in with two friends, and two out of the three of us ended up with items that were not what we requested. - The wait time is excessively long. - The wraps are messy, and the smoothies aren’t filled to the brim. **The Ugly (not really):** Overall, my experience was fine. They usually get my orders right, but this time was an exception. The smoothies, despite not always matching my order, are tasty—refreshing and full of flavor. They were a perfect treat to cool down on a hot summer day. I would recommend this tropical smoothie place!

Updating my previous review- the manager, Jon, was extremely helpful at addressing the problems with my previous order. I received a remake that was to the usual quality standard of TSC. The employees were pleasant and friendly. Honestly I think my previous experience was due to the person who was working there and not reflective of the overall restaurant.
