"This was our first visit here and it was exceptional. The place is very inviting and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Our meals were outstanding. I got the shrimp and Cheddar grits and I have to say it was the best I've ever had! My husband enjoyed his eggs Benedict and all its fresh flavors. We indulged in a specialty coffee for each of us. I loved my S'more iced coffee and the Caramel Machiatto was awesome too."

I was excited about coming here after having been to a location in NJ several years ago. Not a bad experience, but the quality food was not what it was on my first visit, but not many places are anymore.

Delicious! This was the best Chai Tea Latte I've ever tasted. My son loved his hot honey chicken and waffles. The whipped cream on the milkshake was excellent and truly tasted homemade. I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again.

There was a 40 minute wait at 12pm on a Friday but the bar is first come first service. The menu is extensive, food was great. The cold brew didn’t really taste as it should. Service could use some improvements in terms of being more attentive and efficient.Newark, DE location View menu

On a positive note, the food was enjoyable and arrived fairly quickly once we were seated and had placed our orders. The server did apologize for the delay, though the wait didn’t seem to have a valid explanation. However, the skillets we ordered were delicious, and we truly enjoyed them.

I’ve been to this location countless of times and it is always busy! It feels like no matter what day it is, expect it to be full. Although it is typically full, we were seated quickly. Service is a bit slow and waitresses aren’t as attentive as they could be. Many healthy options on the menu which is very convenient.

The service was incredibly friendly, and the brunch cocktails were delicious. The coffee was great, and there were vegan options available! Thank you, Turning Point! We arrived around 9:15 on Sunday and were seated immediately, but it was certainly busy. By the time we left at 10, there was already a line forming—well deserved! View menu

Stopped as an end of the school year celebration. We arrived at 10 A.M. on a Friday and the place was very busy. We ate at the bar. The service was very good despite the rush. We had the Lobster Benedict, and Lobster Avocado Toast. Both were excellent. I had one of the specialty lattes. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor and was the only miss in the experience. Nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves and will return.

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
