"I have visited this restaurant several times, and while it is on the expensive side, that is not a concern for me. Today, I placed a pick-up order for 2 bagels, one with lox and one with turkey. However, the price did not match what was listed on the menu. The man working at the front counter provided terrible customer service. After returning to my car, I realized that my bagel was missing, the other order was incorrect, and we were not given cream cheese as requested. When I returned to request a refund due to the numerous errors, the man refused, only offering a small amount of cream cheese. I was charged $18 for the bagel, and I am unsure if this was a mistake or if it was just the fault of the employee at the front counter, who seemed insincere in his attempts to rectify the situation."

I often order from this restaurant, but they consistently forget to include cream cheese on my bagel.

Used to be so good. Not sure what happened to them.the nova was sliced so thick, whitefish was super creamy. Not what it used to be.

The bagel sandwich was delicious and the cappuccino was also excellent. I highly recommend trying them out as I was very satisfied with my experience. View menu

I ordered the New Yorker sandwich wrap and was disappointed. It was missing two key ingredients - mozzarella and pesto, which are supposed to be in the wrap. The peppers also did not taste good. Overall, not a good experience.

Don’t even think about it this place is a joke. I ordered 3 items in total. One of them never arrived, The Sicilian Panini came to be just a cold wrap stuffed with nothing but a piece of tomato and cheese, also instead of of salad they gave me a bag of lays (what restaurant even does this and their ice coffee is the worst I’ve ever had.Stay away from there! I had been to this restaurant before and it was so delicious that I decided to order from them again. However, I was disappointed to find a hair in the middle of my sandwich when I opened it. I called the restaurant to inform them, even though I was already processing payment through GrubHub, just to make them aware of the issue. The person who answered the phone only made excuses, claiming he was bald and no one there had hair. He told me to call GrubHub instead. It was a truly terrible experience.

We recently visited this restaurant for lunch and decided to try two sandwiches, the Suffolk. The sandwiches were tasty, but unfortunately, when we received the bill, we noticed that the prices of the sandwiches were higher than what was listed on the menu. This was quite disappointing and not acceptable. We mentioned to the staff that the prices had increased, but the new menus had not been provided yet. It would have been better to inform customers of the price changes before ordering. We found the price of $17.99 per sandwich to be a bit high and were not pleased with how the price hike was handled. No customer should be surprised with a higher bill without prior notice. As a result, we w...

"Walk in and go to the sushi bar see the variety of fresh fish. Look around at what people are eating it is likely authentic Japanese food. Recently, I was in another Japanese style restaurant and the server had no idea what tomago or hamachi kama was. He was familiar with every tempura/cream cheese/mayo heavy roll they made, however. Imasa's menu offers both tempura/cream cheese/mayo and more authentic dishes too. They also offer some Chinese style dishes like sesame balls or dumplings. Their udon noodles with African lobster tail that tastes like the Chinese food of my childhood. We're hooked on that dish. You can make up your own dish and they'll gladly oblige. We took the house roll and replaced some of the ingredients. They did such a great job that when we go more often than we expected we order a couple of them, along with the other dishes. We have leftovers, but this is our typical delicious meal:Veggie rollsCooked salmon inside and outside a roll filled with avocado, asparagus, etc.Udon noodles with lobster tail2 pieces of nigiri we mix it up4 pieces of tomago(an order of sesame balls and more tomago to go!)We use the leftovers for the next meal and are happy to eat it! The service is spot on and you don't have to flag down a server. I love their willingness to accommodate us and their execution of flavorful dishes. Yes, we're planning on returning this weekend. When we were last there, they were preparing 2 huge boats of sushi and 6 smaller boats of sushi to deliver to a party. So I think the word is out their food is fresh and tasty!"
