"I've ordered from this restaurant twice before and had a great experience! The General Tso's chicken, broccoli, and noodles were amazing. However, I decided to try something different today and went for the Szechuan beef instead of the chicken, and it was terrible! The dish had the same vegetable mix as the broccoli, just with meat and a sauce that I found unpleasant. There was way too much broccoli, more than anyone should have. Plus, the menu picture showed peppers and onions, which were missing from my dish. My stomach has been upset for hours now. I tried to request a credit, but I ended up hanging up after the staff kept arguing with me. I won't be ordering from here again!"

The best Chinese food in Dyckman/Inwood! The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. I love coming here! I highly recommend trying the broccoli with white rice and soy sauce!

The person taking orders was friendly and understood what I wanted, although he could only describe the items. He also generously offered me a complimentary serving of cream cheese-filled fried snacks. I believe there were some smokers around.

The person who took my order was very friendly and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, even though I could only describe it. He also kindly offered me a complimentary serving of those cream cheese-filled fried snacks, which I think are called raccoons. View menu

I ordered from this restaurant for the second time, and once again, I was impressed by the delicious Chinese food they serve. Their tostones (fried plantains) are the best I've ever tasted—I always request them to be thin and crispy, and they never disappoint!

I ordered twice before and it was great! Genetic general tsos chicken, broccoli and noodles. Today I wanted to try something else and get Sezhuan beef instead of chicken and it was terrible! It was the same vegetable mix as broccoli only with meat and another sauce that was coarse. We had more broccoli, then you could stand. The picture on her menu had paprika and onions...? My stomach has been upset for hours. I tried to get a loan, but ended up hanging after the person had argued with me. I don't order from there again!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
