"I ordered a lunch combo to go at 3:30 PM and was told it would take only 10 minutes. However, when I returned to pick it up at 3:40 PM, I ended up waiting until 4:05 PM, and my food still wasn't ready. Instead of preparing the meals, the chefs seemed to be spending all their time cleaning in the back. There was only one other customer there, and she had also been waiting quite a while. I don't have any complaints about the staff at the front, as they are not responsible for the kitchen's timing. However, the person in charge needs to improve time management in the back of the restaurant. After waiting so long, I requested a refund at 4:05 PM and left empty-handed."

What restaurant does not have eating utensils? Once I get to mydestination I pick up the bag and there is soy sauce dripping from it all over my car seat. The food was NOT fresh. It tastedlike it had been frozen or in the refrigerator for a week! They put a package of soy sauce that had burst into my pick up. SMH
