"While driving to Boston, we stopped in Concord for lunch .we were seated immediately and our server arrived promptly. We did change from a table to a booth as the table seemed a little sticky to us but within minutes their was staff washing down the table we had left. I ordered a burger medium-rare and that is exactly the cook I received accompanied by Chrissy fries and a tasty creamy coleslaw. My beverage was a 20 oz. Draught beer at a reasonable price. My wife had “Create your own Pasts” which was very tasty, but a huge portion. It featured spaghettini with an Asiago cream sauce, mushrooms, onions and shrimp. Her only negative was that the onions were just marginally cooked, but the overall impression was excellent taste but an immense portion. The service throughout was competent and attentive."

Whenever we visit the area, we always stop by UN Pizza for their delicious pizza. We love their deep dish crust and all the toppings they offer. The crust is crispy and each slice is absolutely delicious!

Being a chain, my expectations were, “I’m hungry, let’s just grab some pizza….” This was some of the best pizza ever! Cooked perfectly….and our server, Paige, was super efficient and friendly. When in the area, we will be back.

First off, beautiful place. Even prettier food. Problem comes in that it is very pricey and the foods taste is definitely not up to their price. Server was incredibly aloof, charged extra and then argued about it. Pretty place, wouldn't go again View menu

The pasta was delicious. Perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very good. The place was pretty clean. The only small issue was the walls need to be cleaned at the booths. There was a good amount of food splatter on both sides of the table on the walls. It appears that someone else enjoyed their pasta lol

They mistakenly made large pizzas instead of regular size. Without me even asking, they charged me the lower price but gave me the pizzas they had already made rather than making me wait for the smaller version. Very much appreciate the excellent customer service. Also have to say the pizza was excellent.

terrible experience. the restaurant was with 25% capacity, but it took 50 minutes to get the watery spinat artichoke Di-Appetizer. After the dive was taken from the table, it took another 20 minutes to get a personal cheese pizza and a chicken caesar salad. eating was not good and everything I touched was sticky. View menu

Stay far away! The last time we came to a UNO’s was more then 25 years ago because we thought they were pirates but, the food was good then. Now I see why we shouldn’t have given it a second chance. This place is filthy. My napkin and the bill stuck to the table it was sooo sticky. The nachos were burnt and the pan they came in was NEVER washed, I mean never! It’s also very expensive for what you get hence that’s why we got nachos. Still paid 50 bucks! I can’t see them lasting much longer.

I am extremely disappointed! Unfortunately, like many other restaurants during these times, Uno's seems to be struggling. We ordered a regular meatball and ricotta deep dish pizza ($27) and a garden salad with grilled chicken ($15). The meatballs were overcooked, the ricotta was minimal, and the salad was small and appeared to have been made several hours before we received it. Surprisingly, the pizza tasted better the next day. With the high prices and low quality, we are in no rush to return.
