"I order from both location as all the time, however this morning really disturbed me as we ordered off their app and my husband went to pick it up and they told us we didn’t pay for the rainbow bagel which is absurd how would you get the order if I didn’t pay in advance? I could process it without payment. So they told my husband we only paid for the up charge online which was $2.20 and owed $3.89 in addition. So my husband paid it. I called and said that is ridiculous and we ended up paying $6 for one bagel. They said the manager told them to do that and would call me back. It’s been 2 hrs and no call. My main concern is this is fraud you can’t tell your customers after purchasing with the price you dictated online to pay more when they show up. If the price changed then change it online. Becareful if you order off their app it’s apparently suggested prices and not the real one. Bbb will be aware..fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. Since the place of business gained an addition 3.89 that is exactly what that is…my charge was never changed. Statement still shows the $30 charge. Listed on your app states the “rainbow bagel is $2.20” Bottomline is a person pays online utilizing your app you don’t ask them for more money when they show up. That is your app your error end of story. I have ordered this way every week no issues. I won’t be coming back to this business. We will do our Sunday breakfast somewhere else."

"The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere but lacked proper ventilation from the kitchen. I was concerned about leaving smelling like food. The prices were a bit high, particularly for only 6 pieces per roll, but the quality of the food was excellent. We didn't order much besides water, which was fortunate because there was only one server for all the tables. It took a while for our water glasses to be refilled. Next time, we may opt for takeout as the food was delicious enough to warrant a return visit. The meal, as shown in the two photos, cost $56."

"11.7.22This is a pick up take out only restaurant.I wish I could describe the food the same as the name of the restaurant but I wasn't able to. It wasn't yummy. They have a cubby door made out of wood that they open to receive your payment and give you your food. It was a little strange. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this place to anyone. This is based only on their sushi. The sushi was so unappetizing I went back in and left it on the counter for them. See pic belowI'm not trying to be harsh but it is some of the most bland, pasty chalky sushi I've ever encountered. It was also drier chalky more so than any sushi I've ever had. I've never used chalky to describe sushi ever in the past. This is a first for me. Obviously sushi isn't wet but it's moist to a point. This was chalky, pasty and slightly crunchy dry. The salad that comes with a sushi lunch special was incredible. It had some type of ginger dressing that tasted fantastic. The lettuce was so crisp fresh also. I don't even know what else to say. Great easy parking lot. Located right next door to a starbucks.Sometimes we see the poor reviews and might think, oh this person or that person is just being ornery. Well, not always the case. Most of them are correct with their experience with the place. I wish I had listened to the less than stellar reviews from this place. They are correct with their not great comments."

"Hidden gem in New Britain.I had the dinner combo. Although I only got 1 piece of beef teriyaki with the combo meal it was DELICIOUS. tender and juicy..the wonton soup was hot and amazing as well as the shrimp lo mein. The best that I have had. They end your dining with aperitif wine and a hot towel.Definitely will be back."

"We went here for dinner last Saturday night (December 30th). The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our server Angela did a great job. I had the Chicken Cacciatore with the house made Gemelli and it was pretty good. The wife had the Clams with Linguine. She said it tasted ok, but seemed a little bland. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the worst part of it. By the time we got home, her stomach was a mess… We took dessert to go, but due to her illness, we saved them for the next evening. The desserts were delicious. Before deciding on the clams, she considered the Fettuccine Alfredo or Chicken Parmesan… Either would’ve been a better decision. Perhaps her illness after the clams was a coincidence, but beyond that, the wife and I had eaten all the same things. It will be a long time before she gets Clams… I rated the food at 3 stars (benefit of the doubt) as we have been here before and never had an issue. Hopefully it was a fluke and never happens again. It was disappointing to say the least."
