"The pizza here was everything and more. I ordered the Detroit style just for myself. It came in four pretty large squares. On top of the pizza is where they put the pizza sauce and the sauce is so good! My husband and daughter ordered their own small thin crust pizzas and both looks good, but not as good as mine. We also ordered their Caesar salad which was very delicious, I loved the fried Parmesan pieces, so good. We also ordered their flights. I can't remember the name of the one that I liked the most , but it kind of had a cloudy look with a nice citrus taste. The others were good as well. When we first arrived we were told we would have a 20-25 minute wait, but it only turned out to be no more than 5 minutes. Same for our food, we were told maybe 40 minutes and it came out in about 15. The service was fast and the waitress was very kind and efficient. When you get the check for your bill, they also bring you the small dum dum suckers on a tray, so cute. Next time we're in Austin, this will definitely be on our place to eat again."

I absolutely loved the Detroit-style pan pizza; it was incredibly delicious! The overall service was fantastic as well!

This food truck, situated next to a bar, serves excellent pizza. The crust was wonderfully crunchy, and the Detroit style is quite similar to Sicilian style. I would definitely come back!

I prefer hand tossed or thin pizza, but this pizza place was really good. The wait was about 40 minutes, but we hung out at the star bar and watched a basketball game. It was worth the wait. View menu

The pizza was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The drinks were also delicious. Even on a busy Friday night, we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. I highly recommend checking this place out!

via 313 belongs to the top 2-3 best pizzas I've ever had. their ingredients and sauces are very tasteful. I just tried a jet’s pizza (a competitive one that also makes Detroit style crust). They should invite the owner of jet’s to fly out and try their.

the quality of the pizza was ok. I expected more how expensive it was. the ingredients were simple and of low quality and the crust was quite basic for a “detroit style pizza”. the floor was also a bit burned. could cut it for a late night snack and I give the owners credit for the attempt of a Detroit classic in austin but it just not for me. the pizza was quite good, a little expensive, but I would say it is worth not adding to many extra toppings. my 3 stars it's all about one of the young who at the pizza trailers, who with longer bart, very pouring in and he has just felt unintentional and uncomfortable, he didn't even have to recharge me or something, I ordered, paid and left a nice drink money online, we have eaten the pizza there, but didn't get much service from the guy except the pizzas

Detroit styled pizza was great made in a square pan, sauce was seasoned and there was plenty of cheese. I got the Omnivore pizza, which was basically a supreme pizza. I'm personally a sauce kind of person, but this pizza was made with cheese as the base layer and a line of sauce over the top. It was good nonetheless the bread was airy, the crust was crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.Only knack I will say is that bread was a little thick for my liking, although that's just because I prefer thinner pizzas (like New York) and this was my first time having Detroit styled.A small pizza (around 15 bucks, equivalent to a 10in round pizza) is enough for a person for likely a single s...

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
