"The drive through crew messed up my order threee times. The person told me that I didn’t need an attitude when I didn’t have one, I was just trying to explain my order. They told me to shut up, that I was wrong, and were very rude. They gave me a refund for an extra snadwhich that they charged me for with cash when I payed for the order with my credit card. I would recommend not going there and the rude employees need to be fired. Horrible experience."

waits on the order screen for a long time, just to have to repeat my order 3 times in the thru running gear, because it did not listen to me. they forgot the fries, let me wait 5 minutes for chicken and the wrong sauce. not to mention the nuggets were soggy and hanging together, absolutely disgusting I could not like to eat them. what a waste of time and money.

The person at the drive-thru window giving me a fierce look as if they wanted to fight? Haha, maybe they should consider drug testing for the employees. And the Frosty I ordered was watery and not up to par. Disappointing. Who knows what their issue is. I ended up canceling my order because they were out of chili, and went to another restaurant instead. Interestingly, the others in the car did receive their food.
