Whataburger - Menu

Burger and chicken strips were delicious. Fresh and healthy portion of fries. Love the gravy and BBQ sauce that came w strips.

Fifty years ago, Whataburger was great. Now, it’s just mediocre. The meat patties are thin and lack flavor, and they're often served lukewarm. The fries can be decent when they’re fresh and hot, but overall, it’s disappointing.

The drive-thru was busy, so I opted to go inside to order takeout. After a 25-minute wait, we finally got our food. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and the chicken was just lukewarm. I also observed a number of employees standing around doing nothing. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Whataburger. View menu

The order is correct every time. Service is always on point. Their ketchup is better than anyone else's. Drive-through service is notably polite. What a burger changes up the menu so you won't burn out.Consistently good all around and gneerally less beeping from kitchen if you prefer quieter eatery.The staff will go above and beyond.

LONGEST WAIT EVER!!!! I swear I feel bad for the people working here, poor dude must be taking orders and cooking the food, given the time in between taking the order and receiving, this is ridiculous! These corporations can’t afford to pay their employees, expand all over the U.S, and don’t even uphold standards with locations here in Texas

Night shift Crew is just completely a bunch of kids, had a rep at this location a week ago durring the day, food was perfect and service, reps gone promotions gone, as well as the people actually acting like its a job. No it's not all, but it's definitely 80% and its so Sad when these locations are ruined with these situations, it's work time, not playtime. View menu

I'm usually not one to complain, but the fries were truly dreadful. Having worked with fries myself, I can confidently say these were the worst I've ever encountered. Fortunately, everything else was quite good. It seems like the person at the fry station didn't pay much attention to the quality of what they served. Here are some pictures. They gave me a molded sandwich for one and when I called back to inform the rude and sarcastic manager at 10:45pm on Thursday March 28 that I could not come back and bring the order right now, he told me to bring the food back tomorrow with the receipt, like who finna keep some molded food ? be fr, they was very rude and disrespectful, and should all be fired, horrible management and employees

Typically, Whataburger is fantastic, but we experienced a long wait for just two burgers. They even served the guy behind us before us after making us pull over to wait for our order. Seriously? We all know the patties are pre-cooked, so it’s hard to understand why it took more than 20 minutes to put together two burgers. When I finally received my burger, it was cold.
