"I had a very disappointing experience during my last two visits to this restaurant. They forgot the patties on my burger, and even though I specified no onions in my online order due to an allergy, both burgers came with onions. On my last visit, they lost my order entirely and made me wait an hour, while all the new customers who arrived after me got their meals right away. I ended up wasting $22 tonight and would not recommend this place. It feels like the staff just doesn't care anymore."

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It’s a nice place to have a meal, and the food is excellent! A fantastic perk is that they are dog-friendly, which is a big plus!

It's a Whataburger, so you know it's great. This location had a unique feature with a participant singing as you drove by, which was interesting but not exactly amusing. The restaurant was clean and easy to enter and exit. The staff were friendly, too.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly, and the food is served promptly, fresh, and hot. However, the restaurant's cleanliness could be improved, as it feels greasy and slippery, and the trash bins were overflowing. While it's not a major issue, it was certainly noticeable. I was thinking this would be like any other whataburger off the block, but the employee named Brendan was such a great help that he truly made my visit a great one. His customer service was astounding and he was very accommodating to my needs. I woulddefinitely recommend anyone to come visit this whataburger purely for excellent customer service.

I was uncertain about ordering so late at night, but at 12:25 AM on January 14, 2021, I received ticket #585626. I want to give a shout-out to the woman who took my order and the young man at the window. Their upbeat attitude was a welcome surprise compared to the typical "I'd rather be anywhere else" attitude often found in this industry. Big praise to your staff!

I've had to wait quite a while in the drive-thru here before, and it seems like something needs to improve. I've been waiting for 35 minutes, and I estimate it could take another 15-20 minutes based on the current pace. I'm giving it 3 stars because the delay isn’t the fault of the employees, and I typically have no problems with the food.
