"Severely under staffed, waited 20min in store for an order I put in online 15 minutes before I got to the store, and I hear the lady in the back say, it never came up, meaning it wasn't even started yet, 7 cars in the drive thru and 5 people in the lobby. To say they are short staffed is an understatement. But with all that said, they never told me it would be a while before it got done. I was charged my money and at that point I had no choice but to sit and wait, if I'd have know it would take a total of 35 minutes from the time of placing the order to get my food I would have never gone there. Not to mention the prices online are more expensive then the prices in store, for example, $3.19 for a 6 piece chicken ring online or $2.99 for a 10 piece in store. Same with the sliders, crave case was $3 cheaper in store than online."

If a customer is willing to place an order, I believe they should be served promptly. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting at the counter longer than necessary. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

I've been eating at White Castle for decades, and the Valentine's Day dinner sounded like fun, and it was! We really enjoyed it along with some of the other guests that were there. Might just have to surprise my wife again. View menu

Firstly, there were only two customers at dinner time. We ordered a buy one, get one meal deal, but when we got to the window, we found out that our coupon had expired and we had to pay $17 for a meal we couldn't afford. The cashier apologized for the inconvenience.

For a snack or a meal on a budget or just to experience this simple steamed burger this franchise is a solid visit, this location was super quick on the service and the burger was exactly as I remembered! They come out hot and fresh. I also tried the chicken burger and it was alright too, but I favor the original sliders.

The cheeseburgers at this restaurant can be hit or miss. Some days they are large and flavorful, while other days they are stale and cold. With such long waits in line, it's not worth waiting for a second round of two or three cheeseburgers. However, the cheesesticks, French fries, and chicken rings are consistently good. Overall food quality would be rated at 3 out of 5. View menu

had to talk to the manager. 10 the 1921 slider, which costs $19. I had no idea that the cost was waiting for them. I had to wait 20 minutes before my order was done when I came home, the burgers were raw in the middle of the bun. the man asked if I wanted to bring her back, but I was already home. she said they'd send me a gift card, but the dinner was ruined. this retro shooter should have stayed back in 1921. ?

I don't normally go to White Castle, but I decided to go today. I should have just drove away when the order taker forgot to turn off his mic and I heard the F-bomb about half a dozen times while he was talking to someone. Eventually got my food with limp, half-cooked friend and without the extra 1921 slider I ordered. Maybe if he wasn't so busy talking with his boi I wouldn't have been down $2 and a crummy experience. Will not be returning.

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
