"We ordered a "License to Split" banana split with all vanilla ice cream, a "Macaron in Paris" with crepe, a "Nutellin You Nothing" with crepe, and a "Dolce and Banana" with crepe. We were all amazed by how delicious everything was — the presentation was fantastic, and the ingredients were top quality! The ice cream was outstanding; as someone who can be quite picky about ice cream, I have no complaints about theirs! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Rochester area; such unique places are hard to come by. While it is a bit pricier than your average dessert shop, the quality truly justifies the price. Another highlight was the exceptional service! Our server provided stellar customer service and genuinely seemed happy to assist us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely visit this place every time we’re in Rochester. I can’t recommend it enough!"

This is a great place for people with a big sweet tooth. I wouldn 't recommend for those who are into not too sweet type desserts. The service is quick and staff are extremely friendly.

Visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint! The servers were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding! I tried the strawberry waffle, which came with a generous portion of the freshest fruit, a light and fluffy waffle, and a nice scoop of ice cream. This place is definitely worth a visit! We'll be returning soon!

I loved this place! I want to try everything on this menu but I'll have to diet some before I can go back. Had the dark chocolate brownie crepe, best crepe I've ever had (and I've lived in France). Ice cream and brownies were delicious. I'm not a huge fan of cheesecake, but the macaron cheesecake converted me. Sweet and subtle, crest and delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere is really cool. Try it for yourself to see! View menu

My 1st experience here was excellent for ice cream!!However, the 2nd time, I thought I would try the Big Apple Pie thinking I would get the same experience. At $14 slice, it was barely 1 inch think (crust end). Sure there was the filling and apple, but at $14 a slice, I could of gone to Wegmans and got a whole more for the same price. There is definately a difference in experience when trying their desserts. Next time I 'll skip the cake slices on the menu.A shame because I was looking forward to the cheesecake experience.

Decided to try a new spot for dessert and ended up feeling like I got scammed. I wanted to get a couple cookies but they didn 't have any on the menu, after asking, I learned you can buy cookies a la carte for $4.50 each. I got one and I purchased the Nutella hot chocolate along with it. The cookie tasted like it was sitting for a week and the hot cocoa, while good was extremely small and was served in a cappuccino cup??? I understand that it 's a dessert experience but the only thing I experienced was the feeling of being stolen from (One cookie and a few sips of hot cocoa for $15) while looking at a tacky forest wallpaper.

The ambiance is lovely, with an enchanting Alice in Wonderland theme that adds to the experience. The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic, which makes the visit even better. I appreciate that it’s usually not crowded, and the food comes out quickly. My only minor gripe is the TikTok-trending background music—it’s not something I’d want my kids to hear while enjoying a birthday treat. Despite that, this place is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition! In my opinion, it’s the best dessert spot in the Rochester area. It may be a bit on the pricey side, but the generous portions and delightful flavors definitely make it worth indulging in! View menu

I make it a point to stop here anytime I'm passing through Rochester. I found it looking for things to do to kill time for an evening and have been back several times over the last few months. The service has been nothing short of fantastic and the desserts are to die for. If you're not really into sweets or want something simple this is not the place for you. The menu here is completely extra, in the best possible way, without being pretentious. The desserts taste every bit as good as they look... Everything I've had has been fresh, excellent quality, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is a little on the intimate side but a family celebration wouldn't be out of place either. Looking...

A failing concept. First sign: empty. More damning: stale cake, freezer-burned cookies. Our server was Percocet Happy, nice but over the top. The food was neither, my chocolate cake was dry and stale, the girls ordered cookie sandwiches they couldn 't finish because of freezer taste. They 're not getting enough action, and over-storing baked goods. The ice cream does not match good ol ' fashioned Abbott 's. The high-minded concept and lofty prices feel haughty, the oversized portions became more of a challenge to finish than a pleasure. Dessert is not an experience , it 's food. Ambience and perky service does not overcome pricey, ill-tasting, stale sweets, great menu descriptions don 't foo...
