"To say that the service was terrible is an understatement. Went there around 1 hour before their closing time, wanting to dine in. Nobody met me at the door and I was looking for anyone to talk to. After I was finally approached by one of the staff while standing by the front desk I immediately made it known that was my first time at their place and asked for any recommendations. After picking a dish I liked while still standing by the front desk and not even being offered to sit I payed around 34 which I found too much but still added a tip. I was told to wait for 15 minutes which I did. At the end they brought my food packed in a bag to take out. I was confused and told them that I didn’t ask for a take out and wanted to dine in, to what they got aggressively disrespectful telling me that their dining in is closed. I was trying to explain that I mentioned the fact that I am a first timer and didn’t know anything about their work regulations to what I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner that I should have known that “anywhere in America” when you order food by the counter that means you take it out. I didn’t have anything else to say but that they are extremely rude and this is not the way they should treat their customers. They gave me the worst experience. Definitely not going there again and warning anyone I know against it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I have been to billy boys several times and it kills me I have to leave this review. Today we decided to grab some to bring some food home after a long day. We get our food in the house and our drink container and what crawled out of it but a cockroach. I tried to get the best picture I could. I have to say I am extremely disappointed in this! I'm just grateful I was able to get this dude out of my house and grateful I saw it. Needless to say that was 40.00 waisted and we threw our food away! Proceed with caution"

"What the hell did We pay $62 for? My wife and I ordered via door dash Pulled pork sandwich $14.51) a beef brisket sandwich 16.49) and the appetizer combo $11.87). I understand taxes and the fees for DoorDash. The pulled pork had no Smokey flavor and was masked by the attempt of a BBQ sauce that was slapped on the top of a soggy French roll. The Brisket was so dry that it could have been passed for jerky on a soggy French roll as well. When you’re charging upwards towards $20 for a sandwich why wouldn’t you give fries? The 2 oz cup of bland coleslaw could have stayed at the restaurant. The appetizer combo was a sad sight with 2 mozzarella cheese sticks, 6 mushrooms and 4 onion rings. $12 for this! If you’re going to charge a premium for your food please make sure the quality reflects the value. Thank god I had some pickles in my fridge to enhance the taste of this disaster of a dinner. I will spend my money elsewhere and make sure everyone I know steers clear of here."

"After making my payment, I drove home with my order and should have been wary when I pulled out the sundae; it was in a plastic container that was a struggle to open! This clearly wasn't freshly scooped ice cream drizzled with warm caramel and fudge; it was obviously pre-packaged. Even though that thought nagged at me, I decided to give it a try, despite realizing that I could have gotten toppings at Tony's for much less than the $10 I paid for this sundae—yes, $10 for one turtle sundae! I tasted the whipped cream first, but it had no flavor whatsoever, so I pushed it aside. The ice cream, caramel, and fudge were all frozen solid, like a brick. Normally, when you get ice cream topped with hot fudge and caramel, the heat should start to melt the ice cream by the time you get home, but not in this case! Everything was still rock hard. It was clear that the entire container—ice cream, fudge, caramel, and whipped cream—had been sitting pre-packaged in a freezer. When I took a spoonful of the ice cream with solidified caramel, I was disappointed to find that the caramel had a gritty, waxy texture. I could actually feel this unpleasant, waxy grit on my lips, teeth, and tongue! Having been around long enough, I recognize that this is what happens to sugary syrups when they age or are frozen for too long. It was utterly disgusting, and I cannot recommend this place! This is what happens to businesses that have been around for a while but have lost interest in maintaining the quality of their food."

"Manager Miguel met us at the front door desk and escorted us to the bar area to a secure reservation complete with a reserved sign and more with Jenna behind the bar serving patrons with swift service and professionalism We received drinks immediately and oven warm bread to complete the experience Ryan graced us with his presence and welcoming us which was complimented by Irene Our dinners were hot and amazing which completed the wonderful experience We were enchanted with great wine and after dinner drink which completed an awesome evening with a great staff Francesca’s is just another restaurant without an outstanding staff that made us feel welcomed and wanted Patrick"
