"I tried food from this restaurant for the first time, and it wasn’t what I expected. I ordered carne asada (which they refer to as churrasco) at 11:00 am, and by 11:05, my order was ready. It was clear that they don’t take the time to prepare fresh food; it felt like they were simply reheating dishes from the day before. You could tell from the flavor and presentation that everything was just warmed up, with ingredients that weren’t fresh. They even served me a lemon that was already in bad condition, and the taste was off. They really should focus on serving fresh food made the same day. I was disappointed to be eating something that was several days old."

It is a terrible service. An hour later they serve you the food and I am hungry.

The restaurant could benefit from better ventilation, as it can get quite stuffy when it's hot. Other than that, everything is great!

Everything is very good, just a recommendation for the least.I would like the hot drinks to be served in jugs, THAT would give it a plus and of course traditional Guatemalan music. View menu

The food is good, the place is small, it's just that the menu is on digital screens and it goes by very quickly, the food plates don't look good for those who don't know about Chapina food.?

I've been here about 8 or 9 times food is very good well seasoned not a long wait time I was very disappointed last week when I got my Auntentico Chapin plate and realized that there was a hair in my refried beans I'm guessing no hairnets where used View menu

The food is excellent, BUT having had so much music in the world, they force their clients to listen to gospel music, I respect their tastes and beliefs, well RESPECT mine, that is fine for a chapel NOT for a restaurant or cafeteria. Vegetarian options: Yes, I think there is enough variety to invite someone who is vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: Don't know?

The food at this place is just average, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff, particularly the Hispanic girls, took an exceptionally long time to prepare my order; today, I waited a full hour for a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be a bagel. They made a mistake and refused to correct it. Additionally, I encountered a negative attitude from the servers, and they forgot almost everything I asked for. When I called to express my concerns, the woman who answered and claimed to be the manager was not only rude but also unhelpful. There are better dining options in the neighborhood, so I will not be coming back to this place.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
