"We were looking for a place to have dinner late at night (around 8:30) and wanted to avoid the usual fast food options. After discovering this chain was open until 11, we decided to give it a try. Our group ordered a variety of items, including chicken tenders, a grilled chicken sandwich, a Cajun chicken sandwich, and two types of Buffalo wings (sweet heat and their most popular flavor, tongue torment). While the fries weren’t as crispy as I would have liked, they were still quite tasty. I appreciated the toast as a nice alternative to standard rolls, and everyone enjoyed the chicken. It was a refreshing change from typical fast food fare. However, the highlight of our experience was the wonderful young lady who assisted us with our order. She was sweet and personable and made an extra effort to ensure we received excellent service. Milaya was fantastic!"

Most of the time, the food is great and the staff are friendly. However, there are occasional issues with order accuracy.

The staff was very friendly, food tasted big pommes were a little thick for me, but still good. It was incredibly clean. I can't speak for all Zaxbys, but this is great.
