"We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain. The Store does seem a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale. I didn’t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks so delicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there’s not just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also. No we didn’t come in here at 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m sure these guys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend to a little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms a little bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect. They were out of the hot tofu which is one of my favorites but everything else was delicious and I would give him a good solid double thumbs up"

"We waited around 15 minutes for our waitress to check on us. When she finally came by, she nonchalantly asked, "Is everything still good?" completely oblivious to how terrible the food was. We ended up taking home at least 75% of our meals for our dogs, which made the $120 bill feel a bit less wasteful. I really wish your team could take a cue from the staff at Bristol; they consistently provide a five-star experience, whether it's for a dinner party of eight or just a quick lunch for two. When I got home, I made myself a sandwich because the situation was just ridiculous."

"On December 4th my husband and I went to Sierra Vista's Chili's restaurant to dine in. The greeter was fairly unfriendly but seated us quickly. We waited considerably long between the time that we were seated and the time that somebody came to take our drink order and the couple that walked in a good 15 minutes after we did was actually served both drinks and food quicker than we were. Once we had waited for a while to have our food order taken, the shift leader came to the table and a few minutes later our server came back to take our order which had already been taken care of at this point. There was poor and untimely communication between the staff for sure.Our food arrived late and partially cold. I ordered the Triple Dipper and my husband had the Smokehouse Combo. The only thing that was remotely hot on my husband's plate were the fries, everything else ranged from lukewarm to cool. My Triple Dipper was hot, but unfortunately lacked as well; the amounts seemed quite a bit smaller than previously, I was initially given only one of the three dipping sauces it comes with and the celery was completely omitted.After alerting our waiter that my husband's food was mostly cold and that I'd like to get the remaining sauces, he asked for a moment to speak to his shift leader but told us that he'd get new food out to us as soon as he could.Another disappointing 10 to 15 or so minutes passed and we did, in fact, not receive new food. The shift leader came to our table, said that it seems we were let down in both the time and quality aspects of our visit he proceeded to apologize and handed my husband his card and a $5 off coupon for our next visit. I believe that any eatery worth anything should've offered to a) bring new and *hot* food at this time and b) should've covered the check, not just a measly 5 bucks off for the *next visit*, which also implies there will be a next time and that has yet to be decided after repeatedly being disappointed in this Chili's location. In the meantime my husband continued to eat his dinner and to top everything off found an actual piece of plastic in his ranch dressing, presumably packaging from the sauce container that it came in. Of course this was also brought to the attention of the staff and all we received was another awkward and lousy apology, nothing more.Honestly, I used to really like coming to Chili's but their quality in both products and service has decreased noticeably. This was the third time that the Sierra Vista location was a disappointing mess and I still can't believe that after receiving cold food that was not only late but also had plastic in it we were not offered to have our meal paid for, but received a 5 buck coupon, which at this point seemed so fitting that it was nearly comical.If every customer is the best then I truly don’t want to receive service at its worst."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chili's in Grand Junction, Colorado! From the moment I approached the host, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming for me and everyone around. The bartender, Andrew, was outstanding—quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He truly hit all the marks you’d want in a bartender. I was also impressed by the server in the adjacent section; he engaged with his guests and trained his team beautifully. The managing partner, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was a delight to speak with. As a woman in the industry, it was refreshing to connect about the restaurant experience. If I could recruit any front-of-house team member and bring them to my restaurant in the Midwest, I definitely would. My lunch was exactly what I was hoping for in a chili experience—delicious food, a great atmosphere, and wonderful people. Kudos to Team Grand Junction for a fantastic job!"

"Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Everything was absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef and the waitress; however, the bartender could use a bit more training. The drink I ordered was stunning and matched my outfit perfectly, but the taste fell a bit flat. The alcohol-to-mixer ratio was off, making it too strong and less enjoyable. On the bright side, the food was finger-licking good! Everything on my plate was cooked to perfection. The only reason I stopped eating was so I could try my sister's dish, which I ended up finishing in the car. My friend's meal was also great, and that mango habanero sauce is to die for! I got it as a big serving and dipped everything in it. Definitely 10 stars!"

"I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, but was told I wasn't allowed to switch between the different soups. I didn't understand why I had to stick with just one option. I chose the chili, but it tasted terrible. When I asked if I could exchange it for something else, they said I couldn't, even with the manager's approval. Unfortunately, I also feel I can't leave a tip for this experience. Thank you for the opportunity, but it was disappointing."

"Let's start it was New Year's Eve and of course it is well expected to be packed this day, but we really set ourselves fast and many of the servers were with their tables, but we ordered and appetizer, and then our meal probably about 10-15 minutes later, so we have time to eat from appetizer. We'll never be delighted, but we have food in the amount of time that we waited for our appetizer so I wasn't worried to get it, and honestly our waitress Kaylee was a good waitress and made sure that we got it and the manager Shelby came out and was very professional and super friendly and she had bad service to table 3 before us What was super brilliant! But she has composed our meal for the appetizers, as we will have 15% for the terrible / not so terrible night! So if you see this Shelby, I really appreciate everything you did for us this night and I hope you have a wonderful new year!"

"Most of the recent changes at this restaurant have been average, but this particular visit was quite enjoyable. I must admit, I preferred the chips and salsa here more than at Mexicali Grill. The salsa had a thicker consistency and better flavor, while the chips were more flavorful. I was skeptical about the Zilantro movement at first, but I ended up enjoying the chicken quesadilla dip. My fajitas were cooked perfectly, although they could have used more toppings. My friend's chicken dish was also delicious. The service was exceptional and they have a full bar. It's worth noting that this restaurant now offers a virtual restaurant called Just Wings, where orders can only be placed online. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to and will provide a review soon. Overall, a fantastic experience and much better than the 99 in Easton! I will definitely be back to try more dishes."

"Context: 4th of July, Monday, 2022 at 3pmFirst, we had to sit in a specific booth just to be served happy hour specials. We were moved 3 times before seated.Second, the drinks came out at least 20 mins after we ordered. How hard is it to make a margarita? The second round of them had a fly in one of the drinks. You can very obviously tell the ice machine is dirty.Third, the food was just as expected, below quality and a waste of money. Even a simple a burger was not worth spending 10 on because your hands get covered in the butter they try to mask their low quality buns in. It’s okay, I got a to go box.Fourth instead of comping our margarita with the fly, she asked if I would go ahead a pay before I was done eating so she could go on lunch.Lastly, no one greeted us as we came in, nor did they wish me a happy 4th or good day as we left.Context is necessary because they are probably low staff, and understandingly. It’s chili’s.P.S. One of the hostess’ hit my girlfriend in the head with a menu “by accident” after listening to us make wholesome jokes about the bad service. Understanding if you’re petty, but show some professionalism chili’s.I highly recommend this chili’s if you’re looking for some regret in your life. Obtuse Objections"

"Had one of the best experiences that I've ever had at a restaurant. I came here right after walking out of The Ram for bad service. The server, I wish I could remember his name, took our drink and appetizer order immediately which came out very quickly. I ordered the brisket burger recommended by the server which was amazing! The chicken and waffles w@ere delicious and cooked perfectly as well. When we asked for a few sides of ranch, the server brought us a 4 oz. Cup with spoon instead of 4 smaller ones and was much appreciated. The party that was leaving in front of us were also talking about how great the service and delicious the food was."

"The waitress was skilled but quite rude by the end of our meal. My friend, who is from Russia and not accustomed to tipping, left a gratuity, but it seemed she thought it wasn't sufficient. She made a comment in front of everyone, suggesting he could have tipped better, which I found to be very inappropriate and disrespectful. Even though we spent a significant amount of money at this restaurant and had brought several guests, we have decided not to return. Instead, we will be choosing Outback or Red Lobster, where the service may be more aligned with what we expect. It seems that if the waitress is aiming for bigger tips, she might want to reconsider her attitude and find a way to be happier, rather than tossing plates around in the kitchen. Our customers deserve a far better experience elsewhere."

"Chili's Grill Bar on Northshore Blvd. in Slidell, LA is a great place to eat. There were many choices on our lunch menu and the prices were very reasonable. Our two selections were the Swiss Mushroom Burger and the Nachos meal. Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive for our whole time there.All in all we were thoroughly impressed with the restaurant and think you should go and have a pleasant meal at Chili's Grill Bar as well."

"amazing eating! even better service! we were sooohungry after a long visit for my grandfather. we decided to eat last minute. with a big party of 14 we were worried about coming to any place! After we were boiled by another restaurant near us, because we had asked to sit together, we were ready to eat just apart. we went up and the notiz on the door said we can not take big parties, but at this point we wanted to sit with our smaller size family. to our surprise they have put us on a big table, our eating came on time, little waiting, it was exactly what we needed! many thanks for a blessing of our family."

"I used to be a regular at the takeout section of this restaurant. Most of the time, the food was decent for $11, making it a convenient alternative to fast food. However, in my recent visits, I encountered several issues with my orders. The final straw was when I received a meal that was raw in the middle, accompanied by a bun soaked in grease and lettuce scattered throughout the container. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese for around $6, but I received barely three teaspoons of it, and it wasn't even lukewarm. Given that the meal was only $11, I called the restaurant as soon as I opened the takeout bag at home to request a replacement later in the week. It wasn't a huge issue, just a disappointing meal that ended up in the trash. During that call, the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to three days ago when I called to follow up on the replacement meal. I was met by a disgruntled older gentleman who made snide remarks about their policy on callback meals. I tried to explain my situation, as I had just been informed about the replacement policy days earlier. When I suggested that a refund would be acceptable since I planned to return, he became even more aggressive, insisting that I couldn't use my Apple Tap card for the refund. I was taken aback, especially since he identified himself as the general manager. My frustration grew when he actually told me never to come back and hung up on me. Now, when I try to call back for my $17 refund, it's evident that he instructed the staff to keep me on hold. I've tried calling four times, totaling over 15 minutes without any response. This entire experience has been unprofessional and extremely frustrating. While the takeout staff is usually great, the kitchen's quality seems inconsistent, and I've never dealt with someone so unfriendly and confrontational—especially someone in a management position. I love Chili's and am happy to take my business elsewhere. I just felt compelled to share this experience, as it really has affected me."

"Absolutely awful. This may have been the worst dining experience I have ever had. To begin, we were told our food was following after receiving a round of drinks. Shortly after, we heard a large crash from the kitchen, nobody came to explain anything, we waiting 40 minutes before getting up and looking in the kitchen, where we saw a sight of fries all over the floor. Assuming that our food had been dropped, we went back to our table. Our food was delivered an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The food was clearly rushed, we had no sides on any plate as well as no toppings on the burger, and poorly seasoned dishes. As our food was being delivered, the waiter dropped a whole cup of ranch on one of us, covering his shirt in ranch as well as my leg. The waiter did not care to clean up the ranch on the floor, and chose instead to give us napkins and walk away. When it came time to pay, after taking 25 minutes to calculate our check as they were trying to give a discount we were told that they could not distribute the discount to all the checks, and instead the manager just said to void 2 items and then told us to figure it out on our own. It should not be our responsibility to try to do a math problem using Venmo because a manager of a restaurant cannot use their own payment software. As the icing on the cake, the bills were entirely messed up which voided the 3 for me discounts for multiple people, and we had to request the manager 2 times before she finally came over and fixed the bill. She showed no effort to attempt to rectify the situation or any attempt to try to spread the discount out. The manager on shifts name was Gabby. We will not be returning to this Chilis location in the future."

"Went at 1:30pm and no one was there. Sat in bar area right away. Waitress took order for drinks, app (chips and queso), and lunch. Drinks came, lunch came, asked for queso and waitress said oh you haven't gotten that yet. She asked what kind of queso we ordered which we told her and the wrong queso came out. They brought out queso yet again, this time the correct one after we finished our meal. They still charged us for it even after I said I shouldn't have to pay for some thing that came out after my meal and we did not need any longer. I just paid so I could leave. Will not be back."

"I have not been to Chili's restaurant in years. However, my 11-year-old son was interested in a place that served good cheeseburgers. I must say, the food was delicious and full of flavor. "Both my husband and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and I absolutely loved it! It might just become my new favorite dish on the menu—it's that good! Afterward, we decided to try the sweet shots, which come with three small dessert portions. It was the perfect amount, especially since there were three of us, allowing everyone to have a taste. I tried the red velvet shot, and while it was decent, the icing was a bit too sweet for my liking. My husband enjoyed the warm cinnamon bun, and my mom had the chocolate fudge brownie, which seemed to be a hit with everyone. It was warm and gooey—so delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great value."
