Chili's - Menu

The management at this restaurant is fantastic, very clean, and well-organized. We were taken care of immediately by the host and our waitress was very kind and attentive. I would definitely want to sit in her section again next time. Unfortunately, the system was experiencing technical issues so I couldn't leave a review there, but I hope the restaurant still gets the credit they deserve. Table 21 was our spot!

I have a list of complaints. First, the staff took a while to bring out the drinks. Second, they brought out my appetizer and entree at the same. Third, they never asked me if I wanted another drink which I did. Fourth, they never asked if I wanted dessert. They simply gave us the check and didn't ask if we needed anything else. Fifth, they didn't even mention that we had to pay the bill by scanning the QR code.

This was my favorite chilis! But I don’t know what happened to it. Tonight we went to eat there and it was horrible. The service was great especially for the waiter taking care of half the place alone. But the food took almost an hour to get, almost 45 min for a drink refill, the food was cold. Absolutely never returning to this location. Ended up going down theroad to Local where we were greeted and seen to within minutes.

They definitely are having staffing issues, like many places. I think when we went they may have had someone from the kitchens serving? He told me not to order a drink because it was nasty (i liked it), and kind of forgot about us for awhile. My partner's food was cooked great and delicious, but it was cold. My burger was great. They forgot our appetizer, and getting his attention was difficult because he kept getting called aside by the manager he told us that himself. I bet this place could be great though. View menu

Depends. Eating in there wasn't bad though I can safely say you'll get frustrated by the wait time. But don't ever doordash from them I made an order 2 hours ahead and meanwhile the driver kept saying 7 to 10 mins. Our food never showed up and it was because they closed the store. At least issue the refund early than have us wait thinking the food will be done. 2 hours is a joke. The staff (not sure about the manager) are very nice though and I do get their struggle. Though I don't reccomend eating here both because they don't need a harder time there and because your food will take ages.

thanks to manager wants he went up and beyond to fix a mistake on my dinner bill. the electronic payroll display was switched to several tabs, so if my bill was paid, it was for another table and twice the amount. this special chili’s was one of the best round, but by manager will’s quick answer to this billing error. this made an excellent business. one that still cares about her customers. BTW.. for Sunday football fans this could be the place to go with friends, family or even alone. how you can eat great, good prices and service as well as a manager and employee who care about customer service. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? Everything was absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef and the waitress; however, the bartender could use a bit more training. The drink I ordered was stunning and matched my outfit perfectly, but the taste fell a bit flat. The alcohol-to-mixer ratio was off, making it too strong and less enjoyable. On the bright side, the food was finger-licking good! Everything on my plate was cooked to perfection. The only reason I stopped eating was so I could try my sister's dish, which I ended up finishing in the car. My friend's meal was also great, and that mango habanero sauce is to die for!
