"Let's start it was New Year's Eve and of course it is well expected to be packed this day, but we really set ourselves fast and many of the servers were with their tables, but we ordered and appetizer, and then our meal probably about 10-15 minutes later, so we have time to eat from appetizer. We'll never be delighted, but we have food in the amount of time that we waited for our appetizer so I wasn't worried to get it, and honestly our waitress Kaylee was a good waitress and made sure that we got it and the manager Shelby came out and was very professional and super friendly and she had bad service to table 3 before us What was super brilliant! But she has composed our meal for the appetizers, as we will have 15% for the terrible / not so terrible night! So if you see this Shelby, I really appreciate everything you did for us this night and I hope you have a wonderful new year!"

I love chili. I haven't been here for years and when I came to Pueblo and she had, it felt like coming home. Your skill queso is still as bomb as ever, the salsa is just sharp enough. And the Margaritas! While I can't drink a full drink myself, only the few sips I told myself... this place still has it. I recommend her bacon ranch quesadillas, or her bacon burger!

Chili's is great and always has been. Had my first Old Timer with cheese about 45 years ago in Dallas. Y'all should go back to making fries the way y'all used to. Originally served free chips and salsa. (Had to because some people were there to just drink... As a little kid it was a milestone to finally finish a whole Old Timer and the huge basket of fries at the table...
