I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I visited for lunch, and the prices were quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would give the food a strong 5 out of 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger and onion rings!

My husband and I discovered A &W served breakfast while working in Grand Ledge. WOW! The ladies that work in the AM are always smiling, quick and efficient. From the egg on the breakfast sandwich to the cold OJ everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. We always make it a point while working in the area to visit A&W for breakfast and on Fridays for the $1.99 rootbeer floats. You won't be disappointed. I'm disappointed with my recent experience at A&W. I've been a loyal customer, ordering takeout monthly, but this time was a complete letdown. The restaurant's reputation for fresh, cooked-to-order patties was a major draw, but today's order was far from that. The burger patties were served on stale, crumbling bread, and the fries were cold, overly salty, and greasy. Such a significant drop in food quality has eroded my trust in the restaurant. I can not recommend it based on this experience. I'm not going back either.
