"In Solano, having a restaurant there means higher cost on the menu items because of rent, etc. Overall I would rather go to a all you can eat Indian buffet restaurant and have extra money in my pockets at the end of the meal. The food Chicken Tiki Marsala, Lamb Korma and Garlic Naan bread wasn't bad but for the price you pay there, the portion sizes were just too small. Ajanta has been in Solano for decades and will be there as a fixture in the neighborhood"

We go here quite frequently and always love the food. This last time was a bit of unusual experience. The food was decent but not as good as normally. lamb curry a bit watery. Naans a little too greasy. Still would recommend because it has always been consistently good

Ajanta has long been one of our favorites, but I feel that some of the change since Mr. Moorjani left have not been for the better. We did like the separate servings of rice and spinach. But the goat was fatty, boney and tough.I didn't like having to pack up the leftovers at the table. It was not in keeping with your generally good service
