"Stayed in Pullman and saw this highly rated homely Italian restaurant and was just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Since I was a lone traveller, I tried their mussels to start with. Big serving meant for at least two but I was hungry and gobbled it down. It was very nice and the sauce was light and brought out the taste of the mussel. Mussel size was not too large but there were plenty as pictured. Next up was their main and I tried the prawn risotto since it was highly rated. It was well presented and lovely. But I didn't like it too much as I found that it was not as tasty as I expected but I think it's up to your personal preference. What I did really enjoyed was the wine white (Chardonney) that was served. It was like and perfect for the meal. Finally, I landed with Tiramisu as dessert. I find it's texture to be not so refine and taste not up to mark. That was my own qualm in my experience. But the service was impeccable. The elderly gentleman who served me was fantastic. He was gentle, attentive and waited for you to finish your meal b4 serving the next. And the place was packed as well. My neighbour accidently dropped a cutlery and he came and replaced it immediately...he was that alert to all the customers around him. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended. I've not given full stars more because of my personal taste preference but it may work for others."

First time customer. Went on a Friday afternoon, staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I had the spinach ravioli with sage butter. Best pasta I have had in a while. Will definitely visit again!

close to the British library. not much on the decor, but they have a decent spread. eat and drink with Cask-Ales too. we ordered two kartoffels. one with pestohun and the other with garnel and avocado. both tasted pretty good and it was also very full. overall is a beautiful experience, as the price here is quite affordable.

I gave them 5 stars overall, but not every dish was worth a 5. My mushroom chicken pasta in cream sauce was fine, but not special. The sausage pasta in tomato sauce was far better. The pizza was excellent as well. If you like chocolate, don’t miss the Belgian chocolate tart. The tiramisu was a 4 star, and the third (pictured here) was a 4.5.

the image of the weeping wall was as far as I got, because from then on when they order our drinks while waiting for our table we were lost in the evening. it was a beautiful summer evening and we could sit outside. the staff was nice (busy, very busy) but attentive, pleasant and helpful to ask that we had on the menu. eating was absolutely delicious, and we are happy to have found this little jewel so close to our hotel. 3 courses, a bottle of wine and a short potter back. we'll be back next time. Albertini is just a short walk from the British Library and offers a spacious, air-conditioned interior—perfect during the heat wave. The restaurant is clean, and the staff greeted us warmly and seated us immediately. Passing by the kitchen, the delicious aromas made our mouths water. The menu looked fantastic! We decided to share the olive and bread appetizer along with a pizza. Our drinks were refreshingly cool water. The food quality was excellent—fresh and satisfying. The appetizer featured extra virgin olive oil paired with two fresh slices of bread and a generous serving of olives. The pizza was topped with fresh mozzarella, artichokes, red peppers, and a touch of spice, all balanced p...

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Albertini. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly. Despite it being a chilly Monday evening, the restaurant was quite busy, which suggested there were plenty of regulars and locals dining. I started with a baked aubergine, mozzarella, and tomato starter, which I really liked. For the main course, I chose a Napolitana pizza that was well-balanced, with just the right amount of anchovies, capers, and olives. My side of mixed grilled vegetables was expertly prepared, featuring attractive char marks and thoughtful details like the way the courgette was sliced. I appreciated the inclusion of aubergine, which paired nicely with the peppers. Unfortun...

"The restaurant’s doors were locked at the time it was scheduled to open, and the staff arrived late, struggling to get their colleagues to unlock the door. When I requested a table, I was informed that I could be seated in an hour, despite the restaurant being empty. Walk-ins were not accommodated, and I had to personally research and secure an open table reservation, bypassing the hostess’s information by 30 minutes. This created confusion and contributed to an overall poor experience with no clear explanation. I also overheard other patrons voicing concerns about the apparent disorganization. Considering this is one of the most expensive dining experiences in York County, the service did not match the high standards expected. However, the food was exceptional, and the presence of regular patrons suggests a loyal customer base. The bartender was polite, and while the restaurant has a rich history, it seemed few staff members were aware of it, which could enhance the overall experience and connect more deeply with local culture. Rather than remembering the meal I remember the experience which made the ticket I paid not worth it. I’m sure there would have been a smoother experience if I made a booking prior and had less interactions with the staff. Expect to pay $75 per person with a full course and drinks. My ticket was $130 with tip."
