"How disappointing. I used to eat here all the time and even worked here at one point. I've tried to visit several times with my coworkers but learned that the times of operation had drastically changed. We used to be open at 11am and had a wonderful lunch rush. The fact that they open at 4PM now is not only insane but horrible for trades/service workers looking to grab some food. Not only that, but many of the reviews now tell me that it's a 21+ location which is outright dumb. Half of the customers we had would bring their whole families and loved eating our foods. Installing those slot machines in an already cramped location was a terrible idea. I'll try to get food one more time before it closes down completely. How sad."

"We stopped in yesterday for a quick beer at the bar. Quickly were served our drinks but once we finished our drinks the bartender was on her laptop (assuming ordering for the store) and texting on her phone and someone else was behind the bar putting glasses on the shelves. We had our card out for maybe 15 minutes to pay before we got up and went up to the bartender to pay. Even if she was ordering for the store, we had empty drinks and weren’t offered refills or another drink and someone else was behind the bar ignoring us too. It was very frustrating since we’ve been here several times before and had a great time."

"As a Chicago pizza lover, I'm used to places like Vito and Nick's, Fox's, and La Villa. Long story short, I found myself in Kane County, and I have to say, Paisano’s is the best pizza I can get without having to drive. The crust is thin but not overcooked like a crispy cracker. The sauce is just right, and the quality of the cheese is amazing. It's the perfect balance of flavors; kids might need a napkin, but adults won't have that problem—unlike at Al's Pizza, which is delicious but a total fat bomb! The prices are also very reasonable, especially if you take advantage of the discounts on their website. The service is friendly and prompt. My husband loves their Eclair Pie, and the kids adore the peanut butter chocolate balls. Overall, it's a fantastic option!"

"UPDATE: March 2024 I have now visited more than a dozen times. Yes I keep coming back. I have not yet had a less than good meal. I have tried several types of omelets and also burgers. Wait staff has Lay's been friendly and attentive. Cost per person can be around $20 or more depending on selection.. Payment can be made by scanning QR Code on ticket or at the desk by cash or card. They can be quite busy but I have never experienced more than a few minutes wait. Parking at times is limited. January 2023 First time customer. They were somewhat busy but seating was available. Lots of menu items to choose from. I had the Philly Burger. Five stars for that. Friendly staff and great service."

"This is entirely my fault for returning. I keep seeing the ads and the buy-one-get-one-for-a-dollar deals. However, every time I take a bite of my sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin, I end up crunching on an eggshell. This has happened consistently.
