"We requested spaghetti with butter for our son and rigatoni with vodka sauce for our daughter (without shrimp). While we were told that the vodka sauce rigatoni was available, we were informed at 6 p.m. on Saturday that they were out of spaghetti. So, we ordered rigatoni with butter for our son instead. When our bill arrived, we were surprised to see we were charged $19.95 for the rigatoni with vodka sauce, despite our order not including shrimp, and $15.95 for the rigatoni with butter. When we questioned the prices, we were told that it didn’t matter that we ordered it without shrimp; the price remained the same, and that $15.95 was indeed the cost for the rigatoni with butter. Overall, we felt grossly overcharged for simple pasta dishes. The veal dishes my wife and I ordered were $25.95 each, and they were only mediocre. For a BYOB restaurant where we had two kids' meals with milk, two adult meals, one shared appetizer, and one shared dessert, our bill totaled $140 before tip. Our advice is to dine elsewhere. We felt deceived by this restaurant and have no intention of returning. We can enjoy much better meals at a lower price at multiple other restaurants in our area that prioritize customer satisfaction over this overpriced BYOB establishment."

I must respectfully disagree with the previous customer's opinion. My husband and I experienced exceptional service; the staff made us feel completely at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic date, and the food is the best authentic Italian cuisine I've ever tasted. While it is a bit on the expensive side, I believe it's worth it, especially since they don’t charge a corkage fee. It’s also worth noting, as mentioned on their website, that they don't have a children's menu. Since it’s a smaller establishment, I think patrons should be more understanding of their unique setup, as they are not part of a chain. "Had dinner here for the first time snd let me tell you it was excellent don't let the strip mall outter look fool you ! I went on yo have the chicken cutlet mash potatoes and peas and it we delicious and just as good reheated at home for lunch today ! "Unfortunately, this restaurant deserves 1 star. We love the food, but the management is horrible. EVERY time we have ordered, there has been an issue. The first time, we went to pick it up for a party and were told they accidentally gave it away to someone else. We had to wait around 15 minutes and were given a free garlic knot coupon as compensation. We weren't too upset that time because they were nice. However, the next time we ordered the same thing happened. We went, and our order was nowhere to be found. The next time we ordered, they got our order wrong. We ordered garlic knots and got a meat pizza slice instead. The last time we ordered, we ordered an hour and a half ahead for a party of 20 people. We ordered 4 pizzas. When they got there, we were told they accidentally burned one pizza. We asked for the other 3 in the mean time since we had 20 people waiting. They told us no, which lead us to believe that the pizza was not burned but instead was either never made or given out to the wrong person again. We were then told that they would make it and deliver it for free, since we are literally walking distance away. Somehow this took 45 minutes. I was on the phone with the manager and all they could offer me was we don't know what happened and we'll take good care of you next time A mistake once is one thing, but every time is just careless. We definitely will not be ordering from here again."

"First time ordering. The white pizza was delicious! Baked eggplant was very flavorful and a huge portion. Chef salad was also enjoyed. Delivery was timely and the delivery person very friendly. Only complaint was the prices didn't match what is listed on the website and I wasn't offered a choice of pasta with the eggplant. Would recommend the restaurant to others."

"I sometimes have a difficult time finding a place with great pizza around here, but this place has got some of the best! I also love to have chicken fingers as a regular lunch snack and at some places, they are not so great, but again this place has got some of the best. The hot sauce and honey mustard I get with them are so yummy! I'm normally greeted by name and they always have my order ready and hot and give me such a pleasant experience. Never once got my order wrong which is a huge plus as I experience that a lot at other places around here. Definitely recommend!"
